Gives your blades the cutting edge:
HS divider

TREIF leaves nothing to chance. That is why TREIF also manu­factures the blades for the cutting machines in-house. Machine
and blade as a unit — so you can achieve the perfect cutting
result.
But only sharp blades can produce a clean cut. The HS divider
sharpener makes manual sharpening of the TREIF slicer blades
unbeatably simple. Waiting and down times are a thing of the
past.

The HS divider for sickle blades: the

compact device can be mounted

on the wall or placed on a specially

designed frame to save space.

The HS divider can also be used for

the TREIF “shark” blade (toothed

blade). The choice of blade depends

on the range of products to be cut.

Blades with the patented Lotus

engraving can also be sharpened with

the HS divider.

HS divider orbital for circular blades:

the device guarantees sharp circular

blades that are used for slicing with

DIVIDER orbital+.

The sharpening devices are easy and

safe to operate. The blade is assem-

bled and disassembled with the help

of a protection frame (as an example:

HS divider orbital).

On the HS divider and the HS divider

orbital, a diamond-coated grinding

tool provides best possible results.

The Lotus engraving creates a non-

stick effect which facilitates the re-

lease of soft products from the blade

after cutting.

The ECO SLICING technology from

TREIF saves energy costs because the

products require less cooling before

cutting. This is made possible by the

special structure of the blade, among

other things another reason why

regular sharpening is so important.

The special HS divider for your slicer

The HS divider is available in two versions, each
tailored to the needs of your TREIF Slicer. In both
models, sharpening and deburring are performed in
one operation.
