Make slicing even more efficient and optimise your yield –
with the new generation of TREIF slicers. They do not need
idle cuts like other slicing systems. They therefore require
fewer blade rotations for achieving the same output. This
protects the product during slicing and allows slicing at
higher product temperatures which saves time and energy
costs!

Furthermore the TREIF slicers now provide even more power
and dynamics in the drives, maximum process reliability, more
capacity and even more flexibility to accommodate customer
requests. A variety of expansion modules are at your dispo­sal for the line solution tailored to your production. When
your business grows, the TREIF slicer line simply grows right
along with it!

DIVIDER 660+ smart-feeder: Probably the most space saving tray feeder
line of its class.

Slice and combine whatever and however you want:

Check weigher with lateral sorting conveyor: Here, packages on two
belts are sorted in two different tracks, e.g., proper package weight left,
improper package weight right. This combination for industrial applica­tions is offered by TREIF for its complete slicer program.

Combine your DIVIDER with flip-flop belt. The top belt receives the pa­ckages of improper weight. The bottom belt conveys the packages of
proper weight (synchronized or continuously) to the packaging machine.
Here the packages can be fed manually.

Belt extensions are available for
DIVIDER orbital+ and DIVIDER
660+ as well as supply belts (2­axis, 3-axis, 4-axis), e.g., as con­nection to the packaging machine.

DIVIDER with smart-feeder: Beyond the possibilities of the flip-flop belt,
you can group and format with the smart tray feeder. Feed of the pa­ckages to the packaging machine ensues automatically.

Outstanding technology

Continuous slicing without blanks – TREIF received the
SUCCESS innovation award for this special technology from
the state of Rhineland-Palatinate in 2013. You can benefit
from this technology, too. Save costs for cooling your pro­ducts and significantly increase your yield.
You can additionally increase your performance results by
processing products up to a length of 1,000 mm/ 39 3/10“. The
L version of the slicers DIVIDER orbital+ and DIVIDER 660+
makes it possible.
