FILLING
The tub is filled via the intake grid and is managed via the control panel (see page 13).
SPA
The FUSION SPA TUB has the patented spa
system known as GHOST SYSTEM©. This device means that the spa quality can be used without the actual presence in the tub of a spa generating mechanism, distinctly improving the product's ergonomics.
For how this system works, see the details
under “control panel” (page 14).

SKIMMER BORDER
The FUSION SPA TUB has a skimmer border
feature that offers a total relaxation and well-
being experience.
The extra border collects the excess water
and channels it to the collection tanks fitted
underneath the tub.
The water recovered is re-introduced to the
tub through the intake grid.
This system is fully automatic.
IMPORTANT
The product only works when the tub and
tanks are full.
IMPORTANT
The skimmer border is designed to collect
overflow, not for anomalous movement of the
water caused by improper use of the spa tub.
In this respect it is strongly recommended that you enter the tub and immerse yourself with caution.
While the overflow recycling is in operation,
the heater switches on automatically.
This device helps to keep the water at a
constant temperature.

The tub's drain is located in a chamber in the
base, hidden by the flat cover in the surface
coating. This means that entering and remaining in the tub is safer and more comfortable.
To clean the grid on the drain, just lift the cover
by hand as it only rests on the base.
DRAIN CLEANING
LED CHROMOTHERAPY (optional)
The product's LED chromotherapy feature is located in the outer wall and the transparency of part of the tub allows diffusion of the light.
The absence of a light generation device inside the tub itself strongly improves the product's ergonomics and the risk of its breakage.
For how this system works, see the details
under “control panel” (page 15).

Start-up
On start-up, all LEDs light up for 3 seconds after displaying the software version and build.

Filling
Functions
The fill mechanism is triggered by pressing SPA and scroll DOWN together. The function is confirmed when the FILLING LED is on. When filling is complete and all necessary conditions for the product to function are satisfied, the system stops automatically and makes the SPA, RECIRCULATE, OZONE and HEATER functions available. During filling, if the time to reach minimum level (90 mins) and maximum level (15 mins) of water in the tub's expansion tank is not satisfied, the system will display a warning message "AL1" (minimum level) or "AL2" (maximum level), blocking all functions as a result. In this case the tub will have to be shut down, then started up again after waiting 30 seconds, using the product's main switch. While the spa is in use, the system automatically keeps the water level at the edge of the tub.

Draining
T h e d r a i n i n g m e c h a n i s m i s t r i g g e r e d by p r e s s i n g CHROMOTHERAPY and scroll DOWN together. The function is confirmed when the DRAINING LED is on. This function can be activated at any time. When DRAINING is on, all other functions are disabled. During draining, if the time to reach minimum level (60 mins) of water in the tub's expansion tank is not satisfied, the system will display a warning message "AL3", blocking all functions as a result. In this case the tub will have to be shut down, then started up again after waiting 30 seconds, using the product's main switch.

ON mode
In ON mode the spa is kept ready for use by the user. If there is not water level warning, the recirculation pump remains on to filter the water. On start-up, the control panel goes to the same status as before the last shutdown. The change to ON from STANDBY mode is made by pressing the scroll DOWN and UP buttons together.
STANDBY mode
STANDBY mode is used when the spa is not expected to be used for some time, and maintains a
temperature (chosen by the user) lower than the product's normal usage temperature. The default value is 25° C. In this mode the functions are disabled and the recirculation pump becomes active, provided there are no water level warnings, to maintain the temperature or filter the water. To enter and exit STANDBY mode, the scroll UP and DOWN buttons have to be pressed together. STANDBY mode is also maintained in the event of blackouts or power surges. When the spa is in STANDBY mode the "SBY" message is displayed. If the heater is in operation, the related LED is on. To change the temperature in STANDBY mode press the scroll UP and DOWN buttons. The minimum temperature that can be set is 13° C. For filtering with disinfection while in STANDBY mode, the pump and the ozonizer are activated twice a day (every 12 hours). During filtering the related LED is on.
Spa
The spa function is activated by pressing the SPA button. The function is confirmed when the SPA LED is on. This function can be activated only when the water has reached the required level. The spa function is disabled when DRAINING is on. If not stopped via the control panel, the function switches off automatically after 20 minutes.

Temperature
The temperature setting is adjusted +/- 5° C by pressing one of the two scroll buttons. During temperature adjustment the related LED is on. After 3 seconds of inactivity, the display returns to standby and the related LED goes off. The temperature setting options range from 10° C to 40° C. On start-up the last temperature setting is used. The default temperature on initial start-up is 35° C.
Light/Chromotherapy
Pressing the LIGHT/CHROMOTHERAPY button activates the chromotherapy colour sequence. This function can be activated at any time, even without the usual water level in the spa. The 16-colour sequence changes automatically every 15 seconds. Pressing the LIGHT/CHROMOTHERAPY button again stops the sequence at the current colour. Pressing the button repeatedly manually changes the colours. Pressing the LIGHT/CHROMOTHERAPY button for 2 seconds switches off the function. If not turned off manually, the function stops automatically after 3 hours.
Sand filter cleaning
Water filtration is by means of a sand filter attached to the recirculation pump. Cleaning of the filter helps to keep its filtering capacity efficient. The function can be activated manually, automatically and after a “no water flow” warning. This cleaning is independent of the filling, draining, spa or warning functions, and during cleaning the recirculation pump, heater and ozonizer are disabled. During the cleaning cycle the SPA LED flashes.
IMPORTANT
It is recommended that the sand be changed every 5 years by contacting the company's support centre.

? DESCRIZIONE DEI COMPONENTI
PANNELLO CONTROLLO
Automatic cleaning - Begins automatically after every 350 hours of recirculation pump operations. If the filter is blocked a cleaning cycle is triggered automatically. If the problem persists, the system blocks all functions and the message “FL" is displayed. In this case the tub will have to be shut down, then started up again after waiting 30 seconds, using the product's main switch. The cleaning cycle can only be stopped by turning off the product at the mains.
Manual cleaning - The function is activated manually by pressing the SPA button for 10 seconds.
There is no limit to the number of cycles activated.
Heater
The heater switches on automatically when the spa water temperature is one degree Centigrade lower than the value set on the control panel. If not already in operation, the recirculation pump is activated automatically.
Ozonizer
The ozonizer is activated by the recirculation pump and is disabled automatically when the SPA function is on. When the ozonizer is in operation, the related LED is on.
Warnings Temperature warning - If the water temperature in the spa exceeds 42° C all functions are disabled
and the message “HI“ and the temperature are displayed alternately. The warning and the system reset automatically when the temperature falls to below 40° C.
Temperature sensor warning - The sensor measures the water temperature in the spa and ensures it is maintained. The temperature ranges from 5° C to 45° C. Outside this range the system is blocked and the message “ER" is displayed. In this case the tub will have to be shut down, then started up again after waiting 30 seconds, using the product's main switch. The message “ER can also indicate a fault in the temperature sensor.
No flow warning - The flow alarm serves to protect the heater and the recirculation pump. There are two warning types: no flow and flow sensor fault. If there is no water flow the heater is disabled, the recirculation pump remains active and the message “FL" and the temperature are displayed alternately. The warning and the system reset automatically when normal working conditions are restored. The message “FL" can also indicate a fault in the temperature sensor.
