Each time you press this button, a mode is selected in a sequence that goes from AUTO, COOL, DRY, FAN and HEAT*.

After the unit is turned on, the default operating mode will be AUTO. In the AUTO mode, the indoor set point will not be displayed as the unit will automatically select the suitable operating mode and temperature set point to make the room temperature comfortable.
This button is used for setting Fan Speed in the sequence that goes from AUTO, Low, Medium-Low, Medium, Medium-High, High then back to AUTO. NOTE: Not all fan speeds are available on all units.

Press to start or stop operation. Press this button to turn on the unit. Press this button again to turn off the unit. Turning the unit off will cancel any sleep, quiet, or timer functions.

This function allows removal of moisture on the evaporator of the indoor unit after the unit has stopped. X-FAN is not available in AUTO, FAN or HEAT mode.
About X-FAN function
1. Having set X-FAN function on: After turning off the unit by pressing ON/OFF button indoor fan will continue running for about 10 min at low speed. During this time
press X-FAN button again to stop the indoor fan sooner.
2. Having set X-FAN function off: After turning off the unit by pressing ON/OFF button, the complete unit will be turned off immediately.

Changing batteries and notices

When changing the batteries, do not use old or different batteries, otherwise, it can cause malf­unction of the wireless remote control.
If the wireless remote control will not be used for a long period, take the batteries out to avoid battery leakage and damage to the wireless remote control.

Press this button to activate / deactivate the TURBO function. When you start this function, the unit will run at the highest fan speed to quickly heat or cool so that the room temperature reaches the desired set point as soon as possible.

QUIET button
Press this button to toggle between the
Quiet mode functions. Auto Quiet mode (displays and
signal) and Quiet mode (displays signal) and Quiet OFF ( there is no signal of displayed), when the unit is turned on, the Quiet OFF mode is defaulted. In quiet mode the unit will operate at the lowest fan speed. Auto quiet will adjust the fan speed automatically according to the desired set point and will determine if the indoor ambient temperature can be achieved with the lowest fan speed.

Press this button to turn ON the I
FEEL function. The unit will automatically adjust room temperature according to the temperature sensed at the remote controller. Press this button again to cancel the I FEEL function. NOTE: The remote controller must be pointed at the indoor unit to assure good communication. Transmitting range is 30 feet. The indoor unit will check the remote control signal every 10 minutes for set point information. If the indoor unit does not receive a signal within 11 minutes, temperature control will return to the sensor on the indoor unit.

Press this button to initiate the auto-ON timer. After pressing this button,
