Allgemeines

Diese Bedienungsanleitung gehört zu diesem Trackimo Guardian

2G/3G GPS-Tracker, im Folgenden nur Tracker genannt. Sie enthält wichtige Informationen zur Inbetriebnahme und zur Bedienung. Lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung, insbesondere die Sicherheitshinweise, sorgfältig durch, bevor Sie den Tracker einsetzen. Die Nichtbeachtung dieser Bedienungsanleitung kann zu schweren Verletzungen oder zu Schäden an dem Tracker führen.

Die Bedienungsanleitung basiert auf den in der Europäischen Union gültigen Normen und Regeln. Beachten Sie im Ausland auch landesspezifische Richtlinien und Gesetze.

Bewahren Sie die Bedienungsanleitung für die weitere Nutzung auf. Wenn Sie den Tracker an Dritte weitergeben, geben Sie unbedingt diese Bedienungsanleitung mit.

Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch

Der Tracker ist zum Lokalisieren eines Gegenstandes oder eines Lebewesens geeignet.

Verwenden Sie den Tracker nur wie in dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben. Jede andere Verwendung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß und kann zu Sach schäden oder sogar zu Personenschäden führen. Der Tracker ist kein Kinderspielzeug.

Der Hersteller oder Händler übernimmt keine Haftung für Schäden, die durch nicht bestimmungsgemäßen oder falschen Gebrauch entstanden sind.

Sicherheit

WARNUNG!

Stromschlaggefahr!

Fehlerhafte Elektroinstallation oder zu hohe Netzspannung können zu elektrischem Stromschlag führen.

− Schließen Sie den Tracker und das Ladekabel nur an, wenn die Netzspannung der Steckdose mit der Angabe auf dem Typenschild übereinstimmt.

− Schließen Sie das Netzteil nur an eine gut zugängliche Steckdose an, damit Sie das Ladekabel bei einem Störfall schnell vom Stromnetz trennen können.

− Verwenden Sie den Tracker nicht, wenn er sichtbare Schäden aufweist oder das Ladekabel defekt ist.

− Wenn das Ladekabel beschädigt ist, darf es nicht weiter verwendet werden. Ersetzen Sie es um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.

− Laden Sie den Akku nur mit dem mitgelieferten Ladekabel auf.

− Öffnen Sie das Gehäuse des Tra- ckers nicht, sondern überlassen Sie Fachkräften die Reparatur. Wenden Sie sich dazu an eine Fachwerkstatt. Bei eigenständig durchgeführten Reparaturen, unsachgemäßem Anschluss oder falscher Bedienung sind Haftungs- und Garantieansprüche ausgeschlossen.

− Bei Reparaturen dürfen nur Teile verwendet werden, die den ursprünglichen Gerätedaten entsprechen. In diesem Tracker befinden sich elektrische und mechanische Teile, die zum Schutz gegen Gefahrenquellen

unerlässlich sind.

− Tauchen Sie weder das Ladeka- bel noch den Tracker in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten.

− Halten Sie den Tracker und alle Zubehörteile von offenem Feuer und heißen Flächen fern.

− Knicken Sie das Ladekabel nicht und legen Sie es nicht über scharfe Kanten.

− Verwenden Sie das Ladekabel nur in Innenräumen. Betreiben Sie das Ladekabel nie in Feuchträumen oder im Regen.

− Sorgen Sie dafür, dass Kinder keine Gegenstände in den Tracker hineinstecken.

Explosions- und Brandgefahr!

Unsachgemäßer Umgang mit dem Akku erhöht die Explosions- und Brandgefahr.

− Schützen Sie den Tracker vor mechanischen Beschädigungen.

− Setzen Sie den Akku nicht übermäßiger Wärme wie direkter Sonneneinstrahlung, Feuer oder Ähnlichem aus. Die Umgebungstemperatur sollte -20–60 °C nicht unter- bzw. überschreiten.

− Nutzen Sie für den Auflade- vorgang ausschließlich die Original-Zubehörteile.

− Lagern Sie den Tracker immer in trockenen und gut temperierten Umgebungen.

− Probieren Sie nicht, den Akku mit Spitzen oder scharfen

Gegenständen aus dem Tracker zu entfernen.

− Lassen Sie den Tracker nicht fallen und zerlegen oder modifizieren Sie den Tracker nicht.

− Transportieren oder lagern Sie den Tracker nicht zusammen mit Metallgegenständen.

− Zerlegen oder verändern Sie nicht den Tracker.

− Benutzen Sie den Tracker nicht in stark elektrostatischen Bereichen.

Beschädigte und dadurch auslaufende Akkus können bei Berührung mit der Haut Verätzungen verursachen.

− Öffnen Sie niemals den Akku.

− Tragen Sie im Falle eines auslaufenden Akkus unbedingt Schutzhandschuhe.

− Lassen Sie Kinder nicht mit der Verpackungsfolie spielen. Kinder können sich beim Spielen darin

− Lassen Sie Kinder nicht mit den Kleinteilen spielen. Sie können diese verschlucken und daran ersticken.

Erstaktivierung

HINWEIS

Beschädigungsgefahr!

Wenn Sie die Verpackung unvorsichtig mit einem scharfen Messer oder anderen spitzen Gegenständen öffnen, kann der Tracker schnell beschädigt werden.

− Gehen Sie beim Öffnen sehr vorsichtig vor.

1. Nehmen Sie die Einzelteile aus der Verpackung.

2. Prüfen Sie, ob die Lieferung vollständig ist.

3. Kontrollier en Sie, ob die Einzel teile Schäd en aufweis en. Ist dies d er Fall, ben utzen Sie den Trac ker nicht. Wenden Si e sich an den Her steller.

Akku laden

Wenn Sie den Tracker zum ersten Mal auspacken, ist der Akku noch nicht geladen. Gehen Sie zum Aufladen wie folgt vor:

1. Verbinden Sie den Micro-USBAnschluss des Ladekabels mit dem Tracker.

2. Verbinden Sie das andere En de des Ladekabels mit einem USB-Strom-Adapter und anschließend mi t einer Steckdose. Alte rnativ können Sie das L adekabel auc h mit einem Computer verbinden.

3. Laden Sie den Tracker 12 Stunden lang auf.

Während des Ladevorgangs blinkt das rote Licht. Wenn der Tracker voll aufgeladen ist, leuchtet das rote Licht dauerhaft.

4. Trennen Sie den Tracker vom Ladekabel.

Tracker einschalten

1. Gehen Sie mit dem Tracker nach draußen, so dass sich der Tracker unter freiem Himmel befindet.

2. Halten Sie die An-/Aus-Tas te mindest ens 3 Sekunden l ang gedrück t.

Das grüne Licht auf der Vorderseite fängt kurz an zu blinken.

3. Legen Sie den Tracker ab und warten Sie mindestens 15 Minuten.

Der Tracker führt eine ers te GPS-Positionierung durch. Dies ist erforderlich, damit das Gerät korrek t funktioniert. Anschließend ist der

Tracker einsatzbereit und kann aktiviert werden.

Tracker aktivieren

1. Öffnen Sie einen Internetbrowser und gehen Sie auf die Webseite: www.trackimo.eu

2. Wählen Sie eine Sprache aus.

3. Klicken Sie auf „Ak tivieren“, erstellen Sie einen Account und folgen Sie den weiteren Hinweisen.

Sie können den Tracker ebenfalls über die App aktivieren. Gehen Sie hierfür wie folgt vor:

5. Klicken Sie auf „Registrieren“ und folgen Sie den Anweisungen, um sich zu registrieren, oder melden Sie sich mit ihrem bereit s

eingerichteten Account an.

6. Wählen Sie „Gerät aktivieren“ im Betriebsmenü aus und folgen Sie den Anweisungen.

App installieren

Laden Sie sich in Ihrem Google-Playstore oder in Ihrem Apple-Store die trackimo App gratis herunter und installieren Sie diese auf Ihrem Smar tphone. Loggen Sie sich anschließend über Ihren auf der Webseite eingerichteten Account ein.

Funktionen

Verbindung prüfen

Drücken Sie die An-/Aus-Taste um zu prüfen, ob der Tracker ein- oder ausgeschaltet ist. Wenn mindestens eine Lampe aufleuchtet, ist der Tracker eingeschaltet. Sollte keine

Lampe aufleuchten, ist der Tracker ausgeschaltet.

Hinweis: Sie können Akkukapazität sparen, wenn Sie im M enü in Ihrer App ode r über die Homepage das Ort ungs-In tervall au f AUS ste llen. Das Gerät muss nic ht ausgesc haltet werden. Tastenfunktionen

SOS-Tast e:

Wenn die SOS -Taste für mindestens 2 Sekunden gedrückt wird, wird die Position und eine Textnachricht an die von Ihnen hinterlegte Telefonnummer bzw. E-Mail Adresse gesendet.

Rechte oder Linke Taste:

Wenn Sie eine der beiden Tasten drücken, können Sie eine Nachricht an die von Ihnen hinterlegte Telefonnummer oder E-Mail Adresse schicken.

Es erscheint eine Textnachricht: „Linke Taste gedrückt “ bzw. „Rechte Taste gedrück t“.

An-/Aus-Taste:

Halten Sie die An-/Aus-Taste gedrückt, um den Tracker anoder auszuschalten.

Drücken Sie einmal kurz die An-/Aus-Taste um zu prüfen, ob der Tracker angeschaltet ist.

Geozaun (Geofencing)

Ein Geozaun ist eine selbstdefinier te virtuelle Grenze. Sobald der Tracker diesen Bereich verlässt oder sich in diesen Bereich hinein bewegt, erhalten Sie eine Benachrichtigung.

1. Wählen Sie auf der trackimo Homepage oder in Ihrer App den Tracker aus.

2. Klicken Sie auf „ Hindernisse“.

3. Klicken Sie auf den But ton „Ein neues Hindernis erstellen“.

Ein rosafarbener, rechteckiger Zaun wird um die derzeitige Position Ihres Gerätes angelegt (oder im Zentrum der Karte angezeigt).

− Sie können auch eine Adresse eingeben, um einen Zaun zu positionieren.

− Sie können eine vordefinierte Größe wählen.

− Sie können die Größe ändern, indem Sie das Rechteck an den Seiten größer oder kleiner ziehen und das Rechteck verschieben.

4. Wenn Ihr Zaun ein gerichte t ist, geben Sie d em Geozaun ein en Namen

und kli cken Sie auf „S peichern“.

5. Jetzt können Sie noch zur Benachrichtigung zusätzliche Telefonnummern (für eine SMS Benachrichtigung) oder E-Mail-Adressen eingeben.

Geschwindigkeitsalarm

Sobald sich der Tracker schneller als eine von Ihnen vordefinierte Geschwindigkeit bewegt, erhalten Sie eine Benachrichtigung.

1. Wählen Sie auf der trackimo Homepage oder in Ihrer App den Tracker aus.

2. Gehen Sie auf „Einstellungen“.

3. Geben Sie eine G eschwind igkeit ein.

4. Fügen Sie bei Bedarf einen Kontakt hinzu.

5. Klicken Sie auf „Speichern“.

Bewegungsalarm

Sobald der Tracker beginnt sich zu bewegen, erhalten Sie eine Benachrichtigung.

1. Wählen Sie auf der trackimo Homepage oder in Ihrer App den Tracker aus.

2. Gehen Sie auf „Einstellungen“.

3. Stellen Sie die Funktion Bewegungsalarm auf „ An“.

4. Fügen Sie bei Bedarf einen Kontakt hinzu.

5. Klicken Sie auf „Speichern“.

Niedriger Akku-Alarm

Sobald der Akkustand des Trackers niedrig ist, erhalten Sie eine Benachrichtigung.

1. Wählen Sie auf der trackimo Homepage oder in Ihrer App den Tracker aus.

2. Gehen Sie auf „Einstellungen“.

3. Stellen Sie die Funktion „Niedriger Akku-Alarm“ auf „An“.

4. Fügen Sie bei Bedarf einen Kontakt hinzu.

5. Klicken Sie auf „Speichern“.

GPS Signal und Empfang

Der Tracker verwendet die GPS-Technologie (Global Positioning System), um den aktuellen Standort zu berechnen. Hierzu werden Signale aus dem Weltraum von GPS-Satelliten empfangen. GPS-Signale können einfach empfangen werden, wenn sich das Gerät im Freien befin det oder auch in einem Auto.

Das GPS -Signal wird jedoch bl ockier t, wenn sic h der Tracker in Gebäuden oder un ter einem Beto ndach befin det. Au ch wenn der Tracker neben einem Fenster liegt, kann das Signal

blockiert oder umgeleitet werden. In solchen Fällen verwendet das Gerät eine al ternative M ethode zur St andortbestimmung . Die Position w ird durch die Identifizierung nahe gelegener WIFI-Router oder durch Signale nahe gelegener Mobilfunkantennen bestim mt. Dies ist weniger g enau als die

GPS-Position und kann Hunderte von Metern von dem Tracker entfernt sein. Wenn das Gerät einen zellenbasierten Standort verwendet (auch „GSM-basierter Standort “ genannt), können Sie dies an dem halbtransparenten blauen Kreis erkennen, der um den Standort

angezeigt wird.

These operating instructions are for the Trackimo Guardian

2G/3G GPS-Tracker, which will simply be referred to as ‘tracker’ in the following. It contains important information regarding set-up and operation. Before using the tracker, please read the operating instructions carefully. This particularly applies to the safety notes. Failure to adhere to these operating instructions may result in severe injury or damage to the tracker.

The operating instructions are based on the standards and rules in force in the European Union. When abroad, you must also observe country-specific guidelines and laws.

Keep the operating instructions for future use. If you pass the tracker on to third parties, please be absolutely sure to include these operating instructions.

Incorrect electrical installation or using a mains voltage that is too high can result in an electric shock.

− Only connect the tracker and the charging cable if the mains voltage of the power socket matches that stated on the label.

− Only connect the mains adaptor to an easily accessible power socket so that the charging cable can be quickly disconnected from the mains supply if it malfunctions.

− Do not use the tracker if there are visible signs of damage or if the charging cable is defective.

− If the charging cable is damaged, it must not be used again. Replace it in order to avoid risks.

− Only charge the battery with the charging cable supplied.

− Do not open the tracker casing. Instead, ensure any repairs are carried out by specialists. Contact a specialist workshop. Warranty and guarantee claims cannot be made if repairs have been carried out independently, or if the tracker has been incorrectly connected or operated.

− Only parts that correspond with the original device’s data can be used in repairs. This tracker contains electronic and mechanical parts that are essential for protecting against potential hazards.

− Do not submerge the charging cable or the tracker in water or other liquids.

− Keep the tracker and all acces- sories away from open flames and hot surfaces.

− Do not kink the charging cable and do not place it over sharp edges.

− Only use the charging cable indoors. Never use the charging cable in places where there is a high level of humidity, or in the rain.

− Ensure that children do not put objects into the tracker.

Initial set-up

Checking the pack contents

NOTE

Risk of damage!

If you carelessly open the packaging with a sharp knife or another sharp object, the tracker can quickly become damaged.

− Be very careful when opening the packaging.

1. Take each individual part out of the packaging.

2. Check whether everything has been delivered.

3. Check whether individual parts show any signs of damage. If this is the case, do not use the tracker. Contact the manufacturer.

Charging the battery

When you unpack the tracker for the first time, the battery is empty. Charge it as follows:

1. Connect the micro USB connector on the charging cable to the tracker.

2. Connect the other end of the

charging cable to the USB power adaptor and then to the power socket. Alternatively, you can also connect the charging cable to a computer.

3. Charge the tracker for 12 hours. The red light will blink whilst

charging. When the tracker is fully charged, the light will turn solid red.

4. Disconnect the tracker from the charging cable.

Turning the tracker on

1. Take the tracker outside so that it is in the open air.

2. Press and hold the on/off button for at least 3 seconds.

The green light on the front will start to flash.

3. Put the tracker down and wait for

at least 15 minutes.

The tracker will carry out initial GPS positioning. This is required for the device to function correctly. The tracker will then be ready for use and can be activated.

Activating the tracker

1. Open your Internet browser and go to the following website: www.trackimo.eu

2. Select your language.

3. Click on ‘Activate’, create an account and follow the on-screen instructions.

You can also activate the tracker with the app. To do so, proceed as follows:

4. Download the app (see the chapter “Installing the app”).

5. Click on “Register” and follow the

instructions there for registering, or log into your account if you already have one.

6. Select “Activate device” in the operation menu and follow the instructions.

Installing the app

Download the trackimo app free of charge via the Google Playstore or the Apple Store and install this on your smartphone. Then log into the account you created on the website.

Functions

Checking the connection

Press the on/off button to check whether the tracker is on or off. If at least one light comes on, the tracker is on. If no light comes on, the tracker is off.

Note: You can save battery life by

using the OFF setting in your app’s menu or on the tracking interval homepage. The device doesn’t have to be turned off. Charge the battery from time to time, but at the latest when you receive a message notifying you that the battery level is at 10 %. As soon as the battery level is low, the red light will start to blink.

Button functions

SOS button:

If you press the SOS button for at least 2 seconds, the location and a text message will be sent to the telephone number or e-mail you have provided.

Right or left button:

If you press one of the two buttons, you can send a message to the telephone

number or e-mail address you have provided.

It shows the following text message: “Left button pressed” or “Right button pressed”.

On/off button:

Press and hold the on/off button to turn the tracker on or off.

Briefly press the on/off button once to check whether the tracker is on.

Geofencing

A geofence is a self-defined virtual boundary. You will receive a notification as soon as the tracker leaves this area or goes into this area.

1. Select the tracker on the trackimo

homepage or in your app.

2. Click on “Barriers”.

3. Click on the “Create a new barrier” button.

A pink rectangular fence will be created around your device’s current location (or in the centre of the map).

− You can also enter an address to position a fence.

− You can choose a pre-defined size.

− You can change the size by making the sides of the rectangle bigger or smaller, or by moving the rectangle.

4. Once your fence has been created, you can give your geofence a name and click on “Save”.

5. Now you can enter additional telephone numbers (for SMS notifications) or e-mail addresses for notifications.

Speed alert

You will receive a notification as soon as the tracker moves faster than the speed pre-defined by you.

1. Select the tracker on the trackimo homepage or in your app.

2. Go to “Settings”.

3. Enter a speed.

4. Add a contact where required.

5. Click on “Save”.

Movement alert

You will receive a notification as soon as the tracker starts to move.

1. Select the tracker on the trackimo homepage or in your app.

2. Go to “Settings”.

3. Set the movement alert function to “On”.

4. Add a contact where required.

5. Click on “Save”.

Low battery alert

You will receive a notification when the tracker battery level is low.

1. Select the tracker on the trackimo homepage or in your app.

2. Go to “Settings”.

3. Set the “Low battery alert” function to “On”.

GPS signal and reception

The tracker uses GPS (Global Positioning System) technology to calculate its current location. It receives signals from GPS satellites in space. These GPS signals can be received when the device is used outdoors or in a vehicle.

The GPS signal is blocked, however, when the tracker is located inside a building or under a concrete roof. The signal may be blocked or diverted even if the tracker is placed near a window. In such cases the device will use an alternative method to calculate its position. The position is determined through identification of a nearby WiFi router or mobile communications antenna. This is less precise than GPS data, and may be hundreds of metres from the tracker. If the device is using a cell-based location (also known as “GSM-based location”), you will be able to tell by a semi-transparent blue circle over the location.

Improper handling of the tracker may result in damage.

− Do not use any abrasive cleaning agents, brushes with metal or nylon bristles or any sharp or metallic cleaning materials such as knives, metal scouring pads, etc. These could damage surfaces.

− Never submerge the tracker in water and do not use any steam cleaners when cleaning. This can damage the tracker.

− Never put the tracker in the washing machine. This would destroy it.

If the tracker can no longer be used, all consumers are

Este manual de uso pertenece a este Rastreador GPS Trackimo

Guardian 2G/3G, en lo sucesivo denominado tan solo rastreador. Contiene información importante sobre la puesta a punto y el uso. Lea cuidadosamente el manual de uso, especialmente las advertencias de seguridad, antes de utilizar el rastreador. Si no se presta atención a este manual de uso, se pueden producir graves lesiones o daños en el rastreador.

El manual de uso se basa en las normas y reglas válidas en la Unión Europea. En el extranjero, tenga en cuenta también las directrices y leyes específicas del país.

Guarde el manual de uso para el uso posterior. Si entrega el rastreador a terceros, entrégueles obligatoriamente este manual de uso.

Una instalación eléctrica errónea o una tensión de red demasiado elevada pueden provocar una descarga eléctrica.

− Conecte el rastreador y el cable de carga solo cuando la tensión de red del enchufe coincida con la indicación en la placa.

− Conecte el adaptador solo a un enchufe de fácil acceso para que el cable de carga se pueda desconectar con rapidez de la red eléctrica en caso de avería.

− No utilice el rastreador si presenta daños visibles o si el cable de carga está defectuoso.

− Si el cable de carga está dañado, no puede seguir

utilizándose. Sustitúyalo para evitar riesgos.

− Cargue la batería solo con el cable de carga administrado.

− No abra la carcasa del rastreador, sino que deje que un profesional se haga cargo de la reparación. Para ello, acuda a un taller profesional. En el caso de las reparaciones realizadas por su cuenta, las conexiones inapropiadas y el uso incorrecto, se excluyen las reclamaciones de responsabilidad y garantía.

− En las reparaciones solo se pueden utilizar piezas que se corresponden con los datos originales del dispositivo. En este rastreador se encuentran piezas eléctricas y mecánicas que son imprescindible para protegerse contra daños.

− No sumerja ni el cable de carga ni el rastreador en agua ni en otros líquidos.

− Mantenga el rastreador y otros accesorios alejados del fuego abierto y superficies calientes.

− No doble el cable de carga ni lo coloque sobre bordes puntiagudos.

− Utilice el cable de carga solo en interiores. Nunca emplee el cable de carga en espacios húmedos o bajo la lluvia.

− Asegúrese de que los niños no introduzcan ningún objeto en el rastreador.

Comprobación del suministro

Si abre descuidadamente el dispositivo con un cuchillo afilado u otros objetos puntiagudos, el rastreador puede dañarse rápidamente.

− Tenga mucho cuidado al abrirlo.

1. Saque las piezas del embalaje.

2. Compruebe que el suministro esté completo.

3. Controle si las piezas presentan daños. En tal caso, no utilice el rastreador. Acuda al distribuidor.

Cargar la batería

Al desenvolver el rastreador por

primera vez, la batería no está cargada. Para cargar, siga estos pasos:

1. Conecte el conector micro USB del cable de carga con el rastreador.

2. Conecte el otro extremo del cable de carga con un adaptador de corriente USB y, a continuación, con un enchufe. De forma alternativa, también puede conectar el cable de carga con un ordenador.

3. Cargue el rastreador durante 12 horas.

Durante el proceso de carga parpadea la luz roja. Cuando el rastreador esté completamente cargado, la luz roja está permanentemente iluminada.

4. Desconecte el rastreador del cable de carga.

Encender el rastreador

1. Salga al exterior con el rastreador, de forma que el rastreador se encuentre a cielo descubierto.

2. Mantenga pulsada la tecla encendido/apagado durante al menos 3 segundos.

La luz verde en la parte frontal empieza a parpadear brevemente.

3. Deje a un lado el rastreador y espere por lo menos 15 minutos.

El rastreador realizará un primer posicionamiento GPS. Esto es necesario para que el dispositivo funcione correctamente. A continuación, el rastreador estará listo para usarse y se podrá activar.

Activar el rastreador

1. Abra un navegador de Internet y vaya a la siguiente página: www.trackimo.eu

2. Seleccione un idioma.

3. Haga clic en "Activar", cree una cuenta y siga las demás advertencias.

También puede activar el rastreador mediante la aplicación. Para ello, siga estos pasos:

5. Haga clic en «Registrarse» y siga las instrucciones para registrarse o inicie sesión con la cuenta de la que ya dispone.

6. Seleccione «Activar dispositivo» en el menú operacional y siga las instrucciones.

Instalar la aplicación

Descargue gratis en su Google Playstore o Apple Store la aplicación trackimo e instálela en su teléfono inteligente. A continuación, inicie sesión a través de su cuenta configurada en el sitio web.

Funciones

Comprobar la conexión

Pulse la tecla encendido/apagado para comprobar si el rastreador está encendido o apagado. Si se ilumina por lo menos una bombilla, el rastreador está encendido. Si no se ilumina ninguna bombilla, el rastreador está apagado.

Advertencia: Puede ahorrar batería colocando en APAGADO el intervalo de localización en el menú de su aplicación o a través de la

página de inicio. El dispositivo no tiene que estar apagado. Cargue la batería de vez en cuando, como muy tarde al recibir un mensaje que informa de que queda un 10 % de batería. En cuanto la batería esté baja, la luz roja empieza a parpadear.

Funciones de las teclas

Tecla SOS:

Cuando se pulsa la tecla SOS durante al menos 2 segundos, la posición y un mensaje de texto se envían al número de teléfono o dirección de correo electrónico que haya indicado.

Tecla derecha o izquierda:

Si pulsa una de las dos teclas, puede enviar un mensaje al número de teléfono o a la

dirección de correo electrónica que haya indicado.

Aparecerá un mensaje de texto: "Tecla izquierda pulsada" o "Tecla derecha pulsada".

Tecla encendido/apagado:

Mantenga pulsada la tecla encendido/apagado para encender o apagar el rastreador.

Pulse brevemente la tecla encendido/apagado para comprobar si el rastreador está encendido.

Valla geológica (Geofencing)

Una valla geológica es una frontera virtual autodefinida. En cuanto el rastreador deje este lugar o se dirija a este lugar, recibirá una notificación.

1. Seleccione el rastreador en la

página de inicio de trackimo o en su aplicación.

2. Haga clic en "Obstáculos".

3. Haga clic en el botón "Crear un nuevo obstáculo".

Se mostrará una valla rectangular de color rosa sobre la posición actual de su dispositivo (o en el centro del mapa).

− También puede introducir una dirección para colocar una valla.

− Puede elegir un tamaño predefinido.

− Puede cambiar el tamaño estirando o reduciendo el rectángulo por los lados y desplazar el rectángulo.

4. Cuando haya creado la valla, nombre la valla geológica y haga clic en "guardar".

5. Ahora puede añadir números de teléfono (para una notificación por SMS) o direcciones de correo electrónico adicionales para ser notificado.

Alarma de velocidad

En cuanto el rastreador se mueva a una velocidad superior a la que haya predefinido, recibirá una notificación.

1. Seleccione el rastreador en la página de inicio de trackimo o en su aplicación.

2. Vaya a "Ajustes".

3. Introduzca una velocidad.

4. En caso necesario, añada un contacto.

5. Haga clic en "guardar".

Alarma de movimiento

En cuanto el rastreador empiece a

1. Seleccione el rastreador en la página de inicio de trackimo o en su aplicación.

2. Vaya a "Ajustes".

3. Ajuste la alarma de movimiento en "encendido".

4. En caso necesario, añada un contacto.

Alarma de batería baja

En cuanto el estado de batería del rastreador sea bajo, recibirá una notificación.

1. Seleccione el rastreador en la página de inicio de trackimo o en su aplicación.

2. Vaya a "Ajustes".

3. Ajuste la función "alarma de

4. En caso necesario, añada un contacto.

5. Haga clic en "guardar".

Señal y recepción GPS

El rastreador emplea la tecnología GPS (Global Positioning System) para calcular la ubicación actual. Así, se reciben señales del espacio a través de satélites GPS. Las señales GPS se pueden recibir fácilmente si el dispositivo está al aire libre o en un coche.

No obstante, la señal GPS se ve bloqueada cuando el rastreador se encuentra en interiores o bajo un techo de hormigón. Incluso si el rastreador está al lado de una ventana, la señal puede verse bloqueada o redirigida. En tales casos, el dispositivo utiliza un método alternativo

para determinar la ubicación. La posición se determina mediante la identificación de los routers WIFI cercanos o mediante las señales de las antenas de telefonía móvil cercanas. Este método es menos preciso que la posición GPS y puede estar a cientos de metros del rastreador. Si el dispositivo utiliza una ubicación basada en celdas (también conocida como «ubicación basada en GSM»), lo puede reconocer por el círculo azul semitransparente que aparece alrededor de la ubicación.

2G/3G (appelé seulement «traceur» par la suite). Il contient des informations importantes pour la mise en service et l’utilisation. Lisez attentivement le mode d’emploi, en particulier les consignes de sécurité, avant d’utiliser le traceur. Le non-respect de ce mode d’emploi peut provoquer des blessures graves ou endommager le traceur.

Le mode d’emploi est basé sur les normes et règlementations en vigueur dans l’Union européenne. À l’étranger, veuillez respecter les directives et lois spécifiques au pays.

Conservez ce mode d’emploi pour

− Branchez le traceur et le câble de charge uniquement si la tension de réseau de la prise électrique correspond aux indications de la plaque signalétique.

− Branchez le bloc d’alimentation uniquement à une prise électrique facilement accessible afin de pouvoir séparer rapidement le câble de charge du réseau électrique en cas de panne.

− N’utilisez pas le traceur s’il présente des dommages

− Utilisez uniquement des composants correspondant aux données d’origine de l’appareil

pour procéder aux réparations. Ce traceur contient des pièces électriques et mécaniques indispensables comme protection contre les sources de danger.

− Ne plongez ni le câble de charge ni le traceur dans l'eau ou d'autres liquides.

− Tenez le traceur et tous ses accessoires à l'écart des flammes nues et des surfaces chaudes.

Charger la batterie

Quand vous déballez le traceur pour la première fois, la batterie n'est pas encore chargée. Procédez à la charge de la manière suivante:

1. Branchez le port micro USB du câble de charge au traceur.

2. Raccordez l'autre extrémité du

câble de charge à un adaptateur secteur USB et ensuite à la prise électrique. Alternativement, vous pouvez également raccorder le câble de charge à un ordinateur.

3. Rechargez le traceur pendant 12 heures.

Le rouge témoin clignote pendant la charge. Quand le traceur est rechargé, le rouge témoin reste allumé en permanence.

4. Séparez le traceur du câble de charge.

Allumer le traceur

1. Allez dehors avec le traceur pour que celui-ci se trouve à ciel ouvert.

2. Appuyez sur la touche marche/ arrêt pendant, au moins, 3 secondes.

Le témoin vert sur la partie avant du traceur clignote brièvement.

3. Posez le traceur et attendez, au moins, pendant 15 minutes.

Le traceur effectue un positionnement GPS initial. Ceci est nécessaire pour que l'appareil fonctionne correctement. Le traceur est ensuite opérationnel et peut être activé.

Activer le traceur

1. Ouvrez un navigateur Internet et rendez-vous sur le site Web: www.trackimo.eu

2. Sélectionnez une langue.

3. Cliquez sur «Activer», créez un compte et suivez les instructions.

Vous pouvez également activer le traceur via l’application. Procédez

pour ceci comme suit:

Contrôler la connexion

Appuyez sur la touche marche/ arrêt pour contrôler si le traceur est allumé ou éteint. Si au moins un témoin est allumé, cela signifie que le traceur est allumé. Si aucun témoin n'est allumé, cela signifie que le traceur est éteint.

Avis: vous pouvez économiser la batterie en réglant l'intervalle de localisation sur ARRÊT dans le menu de votre appli ou sur le site Web. Il n'est pas nécessaire que l'appareil soit allumé. Chargez la batterie de temps à autre; au plus tard, quand vous recevez un message indiquant que la puissance de la batterie n'est plus que de 10%. Le témoin rouge clignote quand la capacité de la batterie est basse.

Touche SOS:

Si vous appuyez sur la touche SOS pendant, au moins, 2 secondes, la position et un SMS sont envoyés au numéro de téléphone ou à l'adresse électronique que vous avez indiqué(e).

Touche droite ou gauche:

Quand vous appuyez sur l'une des deux touches, vous pouvez envoyer un message au numéro de téléphone ou à l'adresse électronique que vous avez indiqué(e).

Un message apparaît: «Touche gauche actionnée» ou «Touche droite actionnée».

Touche marche/arrêt:

Maintenez la touche marche/ arrêt appuyée pour allumer ou éteindre le traceur.

Appuyez brièvement une fois sur la touche marche/arrêt pour contrôler si le traceur est allumé.

Géorepérage (geofencing)

Le géorepérage est une limite virtuelle que vous définissez vousmême. Vous êtes informé dès que le traceur sort de cette zone ou se déplace à l'intérieur de cette zone.

1. Sélectionnez le traceur sur le site de trackimo ou dans votre appli.

2. Cliquez sur «obstacles».

3. Cliquez sur le bouton «Créer un nouvel obstacle».

Un cadre rectangulaire rose entoure la position actuelle de votre appareil

(ou apparaît au centre de la carte).

− Vous pouvez également saisir une adresse pour positionner un cadre.

− Vous pouvez sélectionner une taille prédéfinie.

− Vous pouvez augmenter ou réduire la taille du rectangle en tirant sur les côtés et en déplaçant le rectangle.

4. Quand votre cadre de géorepérage est réglé, donnezlui un nom et cliquez sur «Enregistrer».

5. Vous pouvez maintenant saisir d'autres numéros de téléphone (pour recevoir un SMS) ou d'autres adresses électroniques qui vous permettront d'être tenu informé.

Signal GPS et réception

Le traceur utilise la technologie GPS (Global Positioning System) afin de calculer votre emplacement actuel. Pour cela, des satellites GPS dans l’espace captent des signaux. Les signaux GPS peuvent être captés

facilement lorsque l’appareil est à l’extérieur ou dans une voiture.

Le signal GPS est cependant bloqué lorsque le traceur se trouve dans un bâtiment ou sous un toit en béton. Même si le traceur se trouve près d’une fenêtre, le signal peut être bloqué ou dévié. Dans ce cas, l’appareil recourt à une méthode de localisation alternative. La position est déterminée grâce à l’identification d’un routeur Wifi à proximité ou aux signaux des antennes de téléphonie mobile avoisinantes. Cela reste moins précis que la position GPS et peut varier de centaines de mètres par rapport au traceur. Lorsque l’appareil utilise la localisation à l’aide de cellules (également appelé «localisation GSM»), vous pouvez le reconnaître au cercle bleu semi transparent affiché autour de l’emplacement.

Le presenti istruzioni per l’uso sono parte integrante del Localizzatore GPS

Trackimo Guardian 2G/3G, di seguito denominato semplicemente “localizzatore”. Esse contengono informazioni importanti relative alla messa in funzione e a all’utilizzo. Prima di utilizzare il localizzatore, leggere attentamente le istruzioni per l’uso, in particolare le avvertenze di sicurezza. L’inosservanza delle presenti istruzioni per l’uso può provocare gravi lesioni fisiche o danni al localizzatore.

Le presenti istruzioni per l’uso si basano sulle norme e sui regolamenti in vigore nell’Unione

Europea. All’estero, rispettare anche le direttive e le normative nazionali.

Conservare le presenti istruzioni per l’uso per consultazione futura. In caso di cessione del localizzatore a terzi, consegnare tassativamente anche le presenti istruzioni per l’uso.

Sicurezza

AVVERTENZA!

Pericolo di scosse elettriche!

Il collegamento elettrico scorretto o l’eccessiva tensione di rete possono provocare scosse elettriche.

− Allacciare alla rete elettrica il localizzatore e il cavo di ricarica solo se la tensione di rete della presa di corrente corrisponde a quella di esercizio riportata sulla targhetta.

− Collegare l’alimentatore elettrico solo a una presa di corrente ben accessibile in modo che sia possibile staccarlo rapidamente dalla rete elettrica in caso di malfunzionamenti.

− Non utilizzare il localizzatore se presenta danni visibili o se il

cavo di ricarica è difettoso.

− Non utilizzare più il cavo di ricarica se è danneggiato. Sostituirlo in modo da evitare pericoli.

− Caricare la batteria ricaricabile solo con il cavo di ricarica in dotazione.

− Non aprire il corpo del dispositivo, bensì far eseguire la riparazione da persone qualificate. Rivolgersi ad un centro riparazioni. In caso di riparazioni eseguite in proprio, allacciamento non corretto o errato utilizzo, si escludono responsabilità e diritti di garanzia.

− Per le riparazioni, è consentito utilizzare solo componenti corrispondenti ai dati originali del dispositivo. In questo localizzatore sono presenti

parti elettriche e meccaniche indispensabili per la protezione da fonti di pericolo.

− Non immergere né il cavo di ricarica né il localizzatore in acqua o in altri liquidi.

− Tenere il localizzatore e tutti gli accessori lontano da fiamme libere e superfici surriscaldate.

− Non piegare il cavo di ricarica e non farlo passare su spigoli vivi.

− Utilizzare il cavo di ricarica solo in ambienti interni. Non utilizzare il cavo di ricarica in ambienti umidi o sotto la pioggia.

− Assicurarsi che i bambini non inseriscano oggetti nel localizzatore.

− Proteggere il localizzatore da danni meccanici.

− Non esporre la batteria ricaricabile al calore eccessivo, come luce solare diretta, fuoco o simili. La temperatura ambiente non deve essere inferiore o superiore a -20–60 °C.

− Per effettuare la ricarica, utilizzare solo gli accessori originali.

− Conservare il localizzatore sempre in ambienti asciutti e ben temperati.

− Non tentare di rimuovere la batteria ricaricabile dal localizzatore utilizzando oggetti appuntiti o taglienti.

− Non lasciar cadere il localizzatore, non smontarlo e non apportare modifiche al localizzatore.

− Non smontare o modificare il localizzatore.

− Non utilizzare il localizzatore in aree con forte presenza di cariche elettrostatiche.

Le batterie danneggiate e che perdono acido possono provocare ustioni chimiche a contatto con la pelle.

− Non aprire mai la batteria ricaricabile.

− In caso di perdite da parte della batteria ricaricabile, indossare guanti protettivi.

− Non consentire ai bambini di giocare con la pellicola d’imballaggio. I bambini potrebbero imprigionarvisi durante il gioco e soffocare.

− Non consentire ai bambini di giocare con le piccole parti. I bambini potrebbero inghiottirle e soffocare.

Se si apre l’imballaggio con un coltello affilato o altri oggetti appuntiti senza prestare sufficiente attenzione, si rischia di danneggiare

− Prestare attenzione durante l’apertura.

1. Estrarre le singole parti dall’imballaggio.

2. Controllare se la fornitura è completa.

3. Controllare se le singole parti sono danneggiate. In tale eventualità, non utilizzare il localizzatore. Si raccomanda di rivolgersi al produttore.

Ricarica della batteria ricaricabile

Quando si estrae il localizzatore per la prima volta dall’imballaggio, la batteria ricaricabile è scarica. Per effettuare la ricarica, procedere nel modo seguente:

1. Collegare il connettore microUSB del cavo di ricarica al localizzatore.

2. Collegare l’altra estremità del cavo di ricarica a un adattatore di alimentazione USB e quindi a una presa di corrente. In alternativa, è possibile collegare il cavo di ricarica a un computer.

3. Lasciare ricaricare il localizzatore per 12 ore.

Durante la ricarica, la spia rossa lampeggia. Quando il localizzatore è completamente ricaricato, la spia rossa resta accesa in modo permanente.

4. Disconnettere il localizzatore dal cavo di ricarica.

Accendere il localizzatore

1. Andare con il localizzatore all’aperto in modo che il

localizzatore si trovi a cielo aperto.

2. Tenere premuto il pulsante On/ Off per almeno 3 secondi.

La spia verde sulla parte anteriore del localizzatore inizia brevemente a lampeggiare.

3. Posare il localizzatore e attendere almeno 15 minuti.

Il localizzatore esegue un primo posizionamento GPS. Questo è necessario affinché il dispositivo funzioni correttamente. Il localizzatore è quindi pronto per l’uso e può essere attivato.

Attivazione del localizzatore

1. Aprire un browser Internet e andare al sito web: www.trackimo.eu

2. Selezionare una lingua.

3. Fare clic su “Attiva”, creare un account e seguire le ulteriori istruzioni.

Il localizzatore può essere attivato anche tramite app procedendo nel modo seguente:

5. Cliccare su “Registrati” e seguire le istruzioni per effettuare la registrazione, oppure accedere tramite il proprio account se già esistente.

6. Selezionare nel menu la voce “Attiva dispositivo” e seguire le istruzioni.

Installazione dell’app

Scaricare gratuitamente l’app trackimo dal proprio Google Playstore o Apple Store e installarla sul proprio smartphone. Dopodiché, collegarsi al proprio account creato sul sito web.

Controllo della connessione

Premere il pulsante On/Off per controllare se il localizzatore è acceso o spento. Se almeno una spia è accesa, il localizzatore è acceso. Se non si accende nessuna spia, il localizzatore è spento.

Avviso: Si può risparmiare la capacità della batteria impostando l'intervallo di localizzazione su OFF nel menu della propria app o sulla homepage. Il dispositivo non deve essere spento. Ricaricare di tanto in tanto la batteria, al più tardi quando si riceve un messaggio con il 10% di carica della batteria. Non appena la capacità della batteria ricaricabile si riduce, la spia rossa inizia a lampeggiare.

Funzioni dei pulsanti

Pulsante SOS:

Se si preme il pulsante SOS per almeno 2 secondi, la posizione e un messaggio di testo saranno inviati al numero di telefono o all'indirizzo e-mail che sono stati registrati.

Pulsante destro o pulsante sinistro:

Se si preme uno dei due pulsanti, è possibile inviare un messaggio al numero di telefono o all'indirizzo e-mail precedentemente registrato.

Sarà visualizzato un messaggio di testo: “Pulsante sinistro premuto” oppure “Pulsante destro premuto”.

Pulsante On/Off:

Tenere premuto il pulsante

On/Off per accendere o spegnere il localizzatore.

Premere brevemente una volta il pulsante On/Off per controllare se il localizzatore è acceso.

Geo-recinzione (geofencing)

Una geo-recinzione è un confine virtuale autodefinito. Non appena il localizzatore lascia la suddetta area o entra nella suddetta area, si riceve una notifica.

1. Selezionare il localizzatore sulla homepage di trackimo o nella propria app.

2. Cliccare su “Ostacoli”.

3. Cliccare sul pulsante “Crea un nuovo ostacolo”.

Una recinzione rosa e rettangolare sarà collocata intorno alla posizione corrente del proprio dispositivo (o sarà visualizzata al centro della mappa).

− Per posizionare una recinzione, è possibile anche inserire un indirizzo.

− Si può scegliere una dimensione predefinita.

− È possibile ridimensionare il rettangolo tirando i lati per aumentarne o ridurne le dimensioni e spostare il rettangolo.

4. Quando la propria recinzione è configurata, attribuire un nome alla geo-recinzione e fare clic su “Salva”.

5. Ora è possibile inserire ulteriori numeri di telefono (per un messaggio SMS) o indirizzi e-mail per le notifiche.

Allarme di velocità

Non appena il localizzatore si muove con una velocità superiore a una velocità predefinita, si riceve una notifica.

1. Selezionare il localizzatore sulla homepage di trackimo o nella

2. Andare a “Impostazioni”.

3. Inserire una velocità.

4. Se necessario, aggiungere un contatto.

5. Fare clic su “Salva”.

Allarme di movimento

Non appena il localizzatore inizia a muoversi, si riceve una notifica.

1. Selezionare il localizzatore sulla homepage di trackimo o nella propria app.

2. Andare a “Impostazioni”.

3. Impostare la funzione di allarme di movimento su “On”.

4. Se necessario, aggiungere un contatto.

5. Fare clic su “Salva”.

Allarme livello batteria basso

Quando il livello della batteria ricaricabile del localizzatore è basso, si riceve una notifica.

1. Selezionare il localizzatore sulla homepage di trackimo o nella propria app.

2. Andare a “Impostazioni”.

3. Impostare la funzione “Allarme livello batteria basso” su “On”.

4. Se necessario, aggiungere un contatto.

5. Fare clic su “Salva”.

Segnale GPS e ricezione

Il localizzatore utilizza la tecnologia GPS (Global Positioning System) per calcolare la posizione attuale. Tale sistema funziona tramite ricezione dei segnali provenienti da satelliti GPS nello spazio. Il dispositivo riceve facilmente i segnali GPS quando si trova

all’aperto o all’interno di un’auto. La ricezione del segnale GPS è invece

bloccata quando il localizzatore si trova all’interno di edifici o sotto un tetto in cemento. Il segnale può essere inoltre bloccato o deviato anche quando il localizzatore si trova vicino ad una finestra. In tali eventualità, il dispositivo utilizza un metodo alternativo per stabilire la propria posizione: questa viene calcolata tramite individuazione di router WIFI situati nelle vicinanze oppure tramite segnali di antenne di telefonia mobile in prossimità del localizzatore. Questo metodo è meno sicuro della posizione via GPS e la fonte può essere lontana centinaia di metri dal localizzatore. Quando il dispositivo utilizza il posizionamento basato su triangolazione delle celle (detto anche “posizione GSM”), tale metodo è riconoscibile dal cerchio azzurro semitrasparente che viene visualizzato intorno alla posizione.

L’uso improprio del localizzatore può causare danni.

− Non utilizzare detersivi aggressivi, spazzolini con setole metalliche o di nylon, e neanche utensili appuntiti

o metallici, quali coltelli, raschietti rigidi e simili. Questi possono danneggiare le superfici.

− Non immergere mai il localizzatore in acqua e non utilizzare mai un pulitore a vapore per la pulizia. Il localizzatore potrebbe subire danneggiamenti.

− Non mettere in nessun caso il localizzatore in lavastoviglie. Sarebbe danneggiato in modo irrimediabile.

1. Pulire la superficie con un panno leggermente inumidito.

2. Quindi asciugare completamente tutte le parti.

Conservazione

− Porre il localizzatore nel suo imballaggio originale o in una scatola delle stesse dimensioni.
