1. Slide the power “ON/OFF” switch
to the “ON” position.
2. Slide the “C/F” switch to select the
desired reading.
3. Press “HOLD” button once to
freeze the display.
4. Press the “HOLD” button again to
resume measurement.
5. Slide the power “ON/OFF” switch
to the “OFF” position to conserve
battery life.
6. Keep plastic housing and plastic
handle away from heat source.
Do not place inside oven or
expose to open ame.
7. Do not immerse probe handle or
cable in liquid.
1. Use a coin to open the battery
cover on back of unit.
