OPERATION

Slide the power “ON/OFF” switch

freeze the display.

Press the “HOLD” button again to

resume measurement.

Slide the power “ON/OFF” switch

handle away from heat source.
Do not place inside oven or

expose to open ame.

Do not immerse probe handle or

cable in liquid.
