Removethetwobrassmachinescrewsandwashersonthesideofthe
Deltec50mV/500ampshunt.Ifyourshuntisalreadyequippedwitha
shuntboard,removetheboardandretainthescrews,washers,and
standoffspacers.TheTM500NSalsoincludesthescrews,washers,and
standoffspacers.DonotattempttomounttheTM48withoutstandoff
spacers.Damagewillresulttotheshuntboard.
Placealockwasherovereachmachinescrewandinsertintotheshunt
board.Thenplaceastandoffspacerovereachscrewandattachtothe
shunt.Thefigurebelowillustratesthecorrectassemblysequence.
Foraccuratesensing,setthechargevoltageontheTM500above35volts.RefertotheTM500User’sManualforinstructions.
