Please speak normally and clearly: Every digit of the telephone number must be
spoken individually, but without interspersing the digits with artificial pauses. The
system will work best, when the telephone number is spoken in blocks of three to
five digits. E.g.: You enter the digit block by saying “Zero-one-nine-zero” and after a
short pause the hands free kit will repeat each digit and will then wait for you to
speak the next digit or block of digits required for the telephone number. Should you
enter the number by saying “Zero-one-ninety”, the hands free kit will not recognise
this command.

General:

Y our vehicle is equipped with the Toyota THF 30 universal car kit.
This gives you the option of making a phone call by dialling a
name or number of your choice using a spoken voice command.

The THF 30 uses a universal central control unit, which means
only the phone cradle and not the complete car kit needs to be
changed when using another phone.
To help you enjoy all the features of your new hands-free unit,
please read this owners manual carefully and keep it as a
reference in your vehicle.

If you have any questions concerning operation of the unit, which
are not answered in this manual, please contact your Toyota
dealer who will be happy to advise you and take note of your
experiences and suggestions.
