1912 Midland Metal Spinners was founded by
George Cadman, who was then 65 years old, as
a metal holloware manufacturing company, in St.
Mark’s Street, Wolverhampton. They later moved
into the Tower and Fort Works in Pelham Street,
which ultimately gave rise to the famous Tower
brand name.
1937 Tower exhibited some of their latest holloware
designs at the British Industries Fair. As you can
see from the original poster, their stand No. A410
must have been a great sight as it promoted their
“Beautiful, inexpensive, untarnishable Plate, at
prices all can afford to pay”.
1961 Tower became one of the largest
manufacturers of aluminium holloware, electric
kettles, tea pots and other household articles with
over 1,000 employees.
1974 Russell Hobbs took ownership of the
expanding Tower brand.

3USINGYOURAPPLIANCE
The Tower VitaBlend Pro is ideal for healthy eating on the go. A simple one touch operation, it’s fast and simple to make a lling 800ml smoothie, that gets blended straight into the bottle you drink it out of.
If you want a ligther smoothie, the 500ml capacity sports bottle is perfect for you.
Choose your own ingredients and blend to your perfect consistency for a smoothie catering exactly to your taste.
Using the Tower VitaBlend Pro you can also chop, grate, grind, puree and more. Simply add your ingredients to the sports bottle and attach to the blender. Push down for the blades to work and remove when done.
Assembling/OperatingYourBlender
1. Place the sports bottle on a at surface with the open end facing up.Fill the bottle with your ingredients. Wash fruit / vegetables rst and slice into small pieces – about 2 x 2 cm. Ensure you do not ll the bottle past the MAX ll line.
Note: The Product is NOT suitable for blending any hot liquids. The blender can be used to blend soup, however it would need to be heated up after blending. If blending soup, ensure that the ingredients are cooled before putting into the VitaBlend Pro.
1. Fasten the blade assembly on the open end of the sports bottle. Twist clockwise to t in place.
2. Turn the sports bottle upside down.
3. Fasten the bottle into the blender base by aligning the three safety tabs on the sports bottle with the three recesses in the blender base. The sports bottle will then be locked in place.
4. Push the sports bottle down to blend.
5. Allow the blender to cool for 3 minutes after every 1 minutes of continuous usage.
6. Unplug the appliance once you have blended to your preferred consistency.
7. Twist the sports bottle and pull up to remove.
8. Turn the sports bottle over and place on a at surface.
9. Unscrew the blade assembly by twisting it anti-clockwise. Once it is loose, remove the blade assembly and put in a safe place, being cautious of the sharp blades.
10. Replace the blade assembly with the drinking lid.
11. Your drink is now ready.
PulseBlending
To use the pulse function simply push down for 30 seconds and release until desired consistency has been achieved. After 2 x 30 second cycles we recommend that the user allows the product to cool for 3 minutes.
ContinuousBlending
For prolonged blending the sports bottle can be twisted clockwise into its locked position, this will now blend until the sports bottle has been released to its original unlocked position.
After blending is complete remove the sports bottle from the base unit. Turn the sports bottle back upright and remove blade assembly.
The user can now attach the storage lid and refrigerate or attach the drinking lid for drinking on the go.

QuickClean
Fill the sports bottle half way full with warm water and a drop of washing up liquid and t the blade assembly on. Fit the sports bottle and blade onto the motor body. Once in place, blend for 10 – 20 seconds. Remove the sports bottle and unscrew the blade assembly and then rinse them under running water.
MakingTheMostOfYourVitablendPro:
Adding porridge oats to your smoothie gives you an energy boost.
The cheapest way to get in season, delicious fruit is by buying frozen fruit. Frozen fruit helps make your smoothie extra thick.
To add a burst of avour, add the juice of half a lime.
Adding Kale to your smoothie helps boost your immune system. Whereas spinach, carrots and red pepper give you an extra health boost thanks to their antioxidant content.
Adding nuts helps your smoothie become more of a breakfast, rather than just a drink.
When using lime, roll it under your hand to break the cells. This gives you more juice from it.
Spinach is avourless in a smoothie, yet very healthy, so don’t be afraid to throw a lot in.
Coconut water is a popular liquid to use in smoothies.
Dandelion greens and kale aid your body’s detoxication process.
StandardSmoothieMethod:
Add all the ingredients to the sports bottle, starting with the heavier items (ice, frozen fruit) as this will help everything blend). Add the liquid ingredients last.
1. Attach the blade assembly on to the sports bottle. Plug in your VitaBlend Pro and attach the Sport Bottle and blade assembly to the main body of the blender.
2. Push the sports bottle down and blend until you have reached your desired consistency.
3. Remove the sports bottle from the main body of the blender and take off the blade assembly. Either screw on the sports bottle lid or decant into a glass.
