1912Midland Metal Spinners was founded by
George Cadman, who was then 65 years old, as
a metal holloware manufacturing company, in St.
Mark’s Street, Wolverhampton. They later moved
into the Tower and Fort Works in Pelham Street,
which ultimately gave rise to the famous Tower
brand name.
1937Tower exhibited some of their latest holloware
designs at the British Industries Fair. As you can
see from the original poster, their stand No. A410
must have been a great sight as it promoted their
“Beautiful, inexpensive, untarnishable Plate, at
prices all can afford to pay”.
The Easiest Way to a Healthy Diet
The Tower Personal Blender not only extracts all
the goodness in fruit and veg, but also in seeds,
skins and stems. The powerful motor and stainless
steel blades burst open seeds and cracks through
stems. It breaks up the parts so fine that you won’t
even know that they’re there, giving you every bit
of nutrition possible from your ingredients. With
six different jar sizes, you can decide exactly how
much want and when, making this a quick and
efficient personal blender for consumption on the
go.
1961Tower became one of the largest
manufacturers of aluminium holloware, electric
kettles, tea pots and other household articles with
over 1,000 employees.
1974Russell Hobbs took ownership of the
expanding Tower brand.
Many people consume smoothies on a regular
basis, and that’s because they have so many
benefits. They’re quick and easy, and a delicious
way to enjoy foods with a high nutrient density.
The possibilities and combinations of ingredients
you can choose are endless, meaning that you can
experiment your way to better healthy. With the
Tower Personal Blender, being healthy has never
tasted so good.

MakingTheMostofYourPersonalblender:
• Adding porridge oats to your smoothie
gives you an energy boost.
• The cheapest way to get in season,
delicious fruit is by buying frozen fruit.
• Frozen fruit helps make your smoothie extra
thick.
• To add a burst of avour, add the juice of
half a lime.
• Adding kale to your smoothie helps boost
your immune system. Whereas spinach,
carrots and red pepper give you an extra
health boost thanks to their antioxidant
content.
• Adding nuts helps your smoothie become
more of a breakfast, rather than just a drink.
• When using lime, roll it under your hand to
break the cells. This gives you more juice
from it.
• Spinach is avourless in a smoothie, yet
very healthy, so don’t be afraid to throw a
lot in.
• Coconut water is a popular liquid to use in
smoothies.
• Dandelion greens and kale aid your bodies
detoxication process.

heavier items (ice, frozen fruit) as this will help
everything blend). Add the liquid ingredients last.
