IMPORTANT! Never leave a charging battery unattended! If the battery swells or becomes hot, disconnect immediately!
Note: ALWAYS turn on your transmitter fi rst and then your ESC. When fi nished, ALWAYS turn off your ESC fi rst and then your transmitter.
Charge your battery per the manufacturer’s specifi cations.
Your radio system is preset at the factory. If you need to re-bind your system, follow these steps.
A. Insert the bind plug into
channel 3 on the receiver.
B. Turn on the ESC. The
receiver LED should start blinking.

C. Press and hold down the transmitter’s bind button and turn
the transmitter on. The receiver LED will stop blinking.
D. Turn off the ESC and transmitter and
remove the bind plug from the receiver.
Install (4) AA batteries.
Important: When not in use, disconnect your battery from the ESC.
Route the antenna.
TO SET:
1. Power up the transmitter and receiver.
2. Hold the vehicle so the wheels are off the ground and clear of all objects.
3. With the transmitter throttle in neutral, press the failsafe set button on the receiver. The receiver LED will fl ash to indicate a new failsafe point has been set.
The receiver has a built-in failsafe. If it loses contact with the transmitter, it will automatically return the throttle to a preset point.
