The Toshiba current X and XC series projectors come with a detachable security control panel which enable you to be in total control and command of the presentation. Plus, with a LCD projection mode and true-to-life colours, the Toshiba X and XC series are the ideal projector for every excellent presentation.
SECURITY
Detachable Control Panel with Password Function
Both X and XC series projectors feature a unique anti-theft device for extra security. The removable palm-sized control panel on the projector is specially designed with a 4-digit self-assigned password for theft prevention. Without the control panel, the projector requires 4 digital password to be entered using the remote control.

3 LCD Technology
The Toshiba current X and XC series projectors have incorporated 3 LCD technology to realize life-like and vibrant presentation. Essentially, the technology uses three LCDs to crisply reproduce bright, natural images that are easy on the eyes.
The 3 main benefits of 3 LCD technology include:
- Since 3LCD technology is designed to project bright, clear and vivid images, such high light efficiency means the projector generates less heat and costs less to run.
- 3LCD projector color reproduction range is wide, and primary colors are faithfully reproduced. Superior gray scale in dark areas enables more natural gradation.

Instant 5 seconds power shut down capability that enables the projector to power off instantly once disconnected from the power outlet with no cool-down time required.
BUILT-IN CAMERA FEATURES:
The document camera combines high quality and innovative technology with unsurpassed functionality.
The XC series projector features an integrated, advanced CMOS (complementary metal oxide semiconductor) document camera with 3-mega pixel CMOS sensor, allowing users to present crisp and effective presentation in a jiffy, without having to set up additional equipment.
Users can simply extend the document camera, and position it almost anywhere to display additional materials as it has a flexible telescopic arm that can turn to 270-degree effortlessly.
With the advanced 3-mega pixel CMOS sensor, digital 400 percent zoom and focus LED light, the document camera enables users to spice up presentation by displaying photos, microscopic images, transparencies or even integral 3-D objects and documents.
- Each of the primary colors are reproduced using dedicated LCDs. 3LCD projectors show continuous images that do not suffer from color breakup.
Color Enhancer 3 (NCE3) for LCD
The TLP X2500/3000 and XC2500/3000 series projectors are built with Natural Color Enhancer (NCE3), the latest Toshiba’s propietary technology developed for LCD projectors. It is a color correction circuitry that enhances the screen color to ensure projected image to look natural, vivid and sharp.
