REBATES: This mail-in rebate offer is valid only with
purchases from an authorized Toshiba Pro-AV dealer,
between January 4, 2005 and March 31, 2005 of the
Toshiba Projector (part #TDP-T90U/T91U/TW90U) by
an end user.

Other offers or rebates: This rebate

may not be combined, and is not valid in conjunction
with other Toshiba offers or rebates for the same
products.

Eligible participants: To qualify for this

rebate, End User must be a legal U.S. resident 18
years of age or older. Only the actual purchaser/end
user of the qualifying product(s) may participate.
Toshiba distributors, resellers, government and edu­cational institutions and employees of Toshiba
America Information Systems, Inc. are ineligible for
this rebate. The rebate check must be presented for
payment within the period specified on the check (or
120 days from the date of the check if not specified).
If not presented in time, the check will be void and the
rebate unavailable. Purchaser/end user must keep
copies of all materials sent. Materials received
become the property of Toshiba and will not be
returned. Please allow 6-8 weeks for receipt of check.
