When the "Lock Up" problem occurs, if the user has not turned off the power of the machine, the locked up documents data into the memory can be printed out by a special method. In this case, first instruct the user to do not turn off the power and press the [ENTER] key to be stopped a buzzer alarm. After that, dispatch a technician immediately and perform the following procedure.

(1) Pull out the recording paper drawer from the machine. (2) Enter the test mode by pressing the [MENU], [*], [#], [*] and [*] keys. (3) To enter "2. MAINTENANCE", press [2] key.
