To regulate the
engagement amount of
the armature and the
sleeve of solenoid, a flange
has been added to the
sleeve.
To prevent the spring
inside the spring clutch
falling between the arbors,
the dimensions of the shaft
have been changed.
To improve the attraction
force of the solenoid, the
weight of the spring has
been changed.
To prevent corner edge
folding of paper (following
condition), the shape has
been changed.
* When A4-R, LT-R, LG
paper with a large curl is
used for stacking in the
ADU.
Along with the change in
shape of
K-SFT-GATE-2-80, the
shape of the guide has also
been changed.

Note
If the spring of the current solenoid is exchanged
(3-1.SPE-SND-P/U-F30), the solenoid will have the same
performance as SND-P/U-F300-SP.

ADU stack
error
In accordance with the
shape change of
K-SFT-GATE-2-80, the
number of rollers has been
changed from six to four.
When the smaller sheets (
A5-R, LT-R, etc.) are
stacked, to prevent the
trailing end of the paper
remaining in the roller, a
groove has been added to
the roller.
In order to stack curled
paper smoothly in the ADU,
the mylar has been added.

To prevent stacking error
of thin sheets, the
thickness of the black
mylar has been changed.
To distinguish between the
current and the new parts,
a 1 mm cut has been made
in the corner of new black
mylar.

The ADU kit is composed of the countermeasure parts for "rotation error of gate".
