15.4 Disassembly and Replacement

(10) Remove the transfer belt cleaning blade. Turn it counter-clockwise as seen from the front side
and pull it out toward the front.

Fit spring (P.30-I.7 SPA-BLADE-TBU) to the lever (P.30-I.8 LVR-BLADE-TBU).1.
Pass the L type convex portion of braket (P.30-I.48 BRKT-BLD-TBU) through the hole to
shield-frame (P.30-I.29 SHIELD-TR-ROLL), and insert it to L type concave portion of the lever.
(See No.1).
Fit the projection of lever to the notch portion of shield-frame at the same time, and insert it so as 3.
not to rotate. (See No.2)
Insert the arm area of spring to the hole of the sield-frame (See No.3)4.
Insert lever so as not to be disconnected until it became possible to rotate clockwise. (See No.4)5.
Attach the transfer belt cleaning blade (P.30-I.46 BL-FC22TR).6.
