If the duplex 50-sheet stapling mode is performed when the AD (08) mode 652 is "1" (cascade: ON),
tray 1 stacking is full and an immediate tray change is made to tray 2, then EA6 (early arrival jam)
occurs.

[Cause/Countermeasure]

As the finisher is given a sheet clearance time (the necessary time to clear the sheets) which is
shorter than the actual time, the sheet sent to the copier exits before finisher tray has been replaced,
so an early arrival jam occurs. This BSI describes the change which has been effected to give the
sheet sufficient clearance time.
