If the barrier layer in the fusing roller edge area (01,02) does not cover the silicon rubber (HTV) l layer, silicon oil will sink into it and the edge area will swell up. The barrier layer has been reformed to cover the silicon rubber (HTV) layer completely. In the "365 day, 24 hour switched-on continuous mode", there is a possibility that offset may l result from the decrease in the toner separation function due to the escape of the surface oil of the fusing roller. To prevent this occurring, the manufacturing process has been changed and the oil content has been increased.
