To correct the following Iitems, the ROM has been altered.

1. LCD ROM (213DCN-001, T213DTW-000) for China and Taiwan local language messages. There are restrictions to the combination as in the following list.

So, for the LCD for China (Ver.001)/Taiwan (Ver.000), be sure to apply the panel control PROM (Ver.012).

2. Errors have occurred when the following procedure is performed. They have been corrected. Refer to "Service Handbook" "1.2.3 Adjustment mode (05)" "39. Transfer Adjustment, 40. Separation transfer adjustment" (P.10) (1) With the front cover open, press the keys "0" and "5" at the same and turn on the power switch. (2) Select Code "39" (transfer adjustment) and "40" (separation transfer adjustment) in "Adjustment mode" and push "Print" key. (3) After this if "Interrupt" key is continuously pressed once, the wrong adjustment value is set.

Even if the "Interrupt" key is continuously pressed in the above procedure (3), it has been corrected so that the right adjustment value can be set.

3. Changes have been made to the Chinese language in the User's Manual about the LCD control panel in keeping with those made for the icons and messages within the LCD.

[Combinations of ROM Version] The PNL, MAIN and LCD should never be operated except in the following combinations. As only the following combinations can have their operation checked, errors could well occur with other combinations.
