CONTENT
There are possibility that "blur" or "smear" may occur. To improve it, parts of the fuser unit area have
been changed as follows.
[Cause]
1. Contact face burr of stepped screw (see No.3) or round shaft (see No. 4)
2. Contact with pressure spring shaft (see No. 5) and support tray (see No. 6)

* Adhesive pressure lever (see No.1,2)
If the fuser roller is uneven against other parts, to create the necessary nip width, the pressure
welding lever has been so constructed that the center of the stepped screw or round shaft can be
provided smoother movement.
However, due to the above 1 & 2, the pressure welding lever cannot move and there is a fluctuation.
As a result, an error is caused.
[Countermeasure Content]
* Change for the pressure welding lever movement by the bearing
1. The bushing (see No. 7) with the bearing is newly added.
2. Elimination of the stepped screw
3. Change of the dimension of the round shaft (see No. 4 & 8)
4. The dimension of the round hole for the pressure welding is changed and the screw hole is added.
5. Change of the dimension of the pressure spring shaft (see No.9)
* Change to prevent contact with the pressure spring shaft and the support tray
1. Change of the dimension of the support tray
2. The dimension of the pressure spring shaft and the installation method (fixed pin -> screw) in the
pressure spring are changed.
