[Cause]
As the support for the idler gear which projects inside the external cover of the tray-up unit breaks, no
drive is not transferred, and the tray is not operated. This is due to erosion caused by molycoat
grease in the gear sliding portion.

[Countermeasure]

1. To reinforce the support portion, a screw (BID4x8) is installed to an open hole in the support
