[Phenomenon]
When jammed paper is removed from the fuser unit, the following problems can occur in the field.
* The heat roller separation claws fail to return to their home position (locked separation claws).
* The heat roller may be scratched by the separation claws.

[Cause]
As the jammed paper becomes caught in the separation claws, the claws rotate with the jammed
paper in them.
Then, as shown in "Figure 2. A", the reverse side of the claws will contact (locked separation claws)
with the heat roller, which then fails to return to its home position (figure 1).

So that the heat roller separation claws does not rotate any more than necessary, a stopper bracket
(BRKT-SCR-STOP) has been added to prevent excess rotation and to regulate the rotation of the
separation claws.
