This jig has been supplied for the blank ROM
(4408682020 PWA-F-ROM-220) with the
ROM writer (M1930: MINATO).
1) Install the ROM to the jig.
2) Install 1) to the ROM writer.
3) Process (writing, etc.) with the ROM writer.
Note
There are two ICs on the blank ROM. Data
writing by the ROM writer cannot used with
both at the same time, therefore pay attention
to this point.

* Be sure to use the M1930 for the ROM writer.
* M1930 0f V3.22K or subsequent version of the software should be used.
( When version is older than V3.22K in the M1930, writing error may occur.)

[ Preparation for the M1930 ]
1. Be sure to check that the jig is not set at the socket portion of the M1930.
(If the jig is set there, it is determined that there is foreign matter and is not operable.)
2. Turn on the power supply switch at the back side of the M1930.
--- Power supply ON
3. After the check is finished, the main menu appears.
4. Select the name of the device to be used

5. Follow the display below to set the format.

6. Press the [START] key to finish the format setting. --- Format setting
[ Writing (Master ROM -> M1930) ]
1. Set the master ROM to the J3 connector of the jig(P.101-#.13).
2. Set the jig to the No. 1 socket of the M1930.
3. Set the S1 lever of the jig. --- ROM setting

4. Push the [COPY] key and then the [START] key.
5. Writing starts into the memory of the M1930.
6. Remove the master ROM (jig) of the No.1 socket.
[ Writing (M1930 -> Blank ROM)]
1. Set the jig with the blank ROM at each socket.
( A maximum of 16 pieces can be set for the M1930.) --- Rear ROM
2. Set the S1 lever of the jig.

3. Push the [PROG] key and then the [START] key once.
4. Be sure to check that the lamp of the socket with the jig has gone out.
5. When the [START] key is pushed, the writing can be started.
6. When the light of the lamp of the socket becomes green, the writing is finished.
Note) If the lamp lights in red, there is an error. If an error has occurred, erase is operated and the
writing has to be performed again.
Supplementary Explanation
[ Power supply ON ]
- VERIFY count setting -
S1 lever
Immediately after the power supply is turned ON, the VERIFY setting count is four times. When the
operation time is to be shortened, carry out the following operation after lessening the VERIFY count.
- Operation Order -
1. Push [MODE] key four times and follow the display below.
