CONTENT

[ Phenomenon ] Due to an error in the assembly of the main charger timing belt (wrong positioning of the LED eraser array cleaner base), the cleaner motor (M8) can become lightly locked during cleaning.

[ Cause ] When the LED eraser array cleaner base is installed to the timing belt, it has to be aligned to the mark on the charger guide. However, due to the angle, the belt could be about 1 tooth out of position, but still seem to have been aligned correctly and thus installed in a wrong position.
