CONTENT

Depending on room temperature and the status of the discharge lamp when the power is supplied in the morning, the copy image may have backgrounding. As counter measures, the light-on time of discharge lamp (period from power ON till lamp ON) has been shortened, and the infrared auxiliary LED incorporated in the discharge lamp has been replaced with a green one in order to suppress the backgrounding. Since the rated current value of this LED is different from the current value, the resistance R11 on the drum PC board (PWA-DRM) has also been changed. (4.7K ohm to 1.2K ohm)
