1)The modification of LT relay control bug
[Phenomenon]

The LT relay moves when external Hook is off with NL and AT.

[Cause]

Because measures of Germany were applied to NL and AT.

2)The modification of Function Initial Setting for AT by TEG request

FUNC 1 88 ---> A8 Change TX-ATT -8db to -10db.
FUNC 2 2C ---> 6C Change Cable equalizer 0db to -4db.
FUNC 9 2F ---> EF Change TEL number entry to enable.

Change EX. TYPE entry to enable.
FUNC10 E0 ---> E2 Change Limited communication to on.
S-FUNC 6 89 ---> A5 Change FAX RX on tape full to on.

Change CI detection counter to on.
UAD 3 40 ---> 48 Change DTC/LCC for PABX to LCC.
UAD 4 20 ---> 22 Change Dial T1 Timer from 60sec. to 90sec.
UAD 6 11 ---> 13 Change Dial entry counter from 1 time to 3 times.
UAD 8 C3 ---> 83 Change Inter digit pause from 800ms to 700ms.
EX. TYPE 60 ---> 40 Change Flash timing from 100ms to 80ms.
