lamp is 25% brighter, for increased brightness without losing contrast. Quick
Restart means that this great picture is only a moment away.
PixelPure™ Hi-Bit 12-Bit Digital Video Processing - Using 12-bit picture
processing (up to 14 bit internally!), We can create 4096 steps of gradation
(steps between the whitest white, to the blackest black). That's an improvement of 16X from our 2005 sets, and will also incorporate improvements in
areas such as: real speed progressive scanning, video noise reduction,
sharpness, and gamma control to set a new standard for picture quality.
Four Step Dynamic Contrast - Allows the user to customize the picture
based on such factors as source material and ambient lighting conditions.
AUDIO
Scoop Cabinetry Design with SoundStrip™ Speaker System - Uses a
thin-line speaker system with enhanced dynamic range yields big speaker
sound in a new cabinet that produces a 56" DLP that has greatly reduced
height and width (67-1/16” W x 41 15/16” H).

SRS

WOW™ (3D, TruBass®, FOCUS®) - SRS®WOW™ technology takes
the performance of the television’s existing speakers to a whole new level,
offering superior sound quality with no additional speakers required. SRS
WOW consists of three separate sound-expanding systems which work
together to extract “buried” highs and lows. The three systems are SRS 3D,
TruBass, and FOCUS. SRS 3D creates a three-dimensional sound field from
just two speakers, thus giving the listener the feeling of hearing a multispeaker surround sound system.
