Makesurethattheignitionswitchisoff.
Ventilatewhenchargingorusingthebatteryin anenclosedspace.
Important:Donotrunthemachinewiththebattery disconnected;electricaldamagemayoccurtothe engine.
1.Chargethebattery.RefertotheOperator'sManualfor instructions.
2.Connectthenegativebatterycable.
Note:Ifthepositivecableisalsodisconnected, connectthepositive(red)cabletothepositivebattery terminalrst,thenthenegative(black)cabletothe negativebatteryterminal.Slipinsulatorbootoverthe positiveterminal.
