GeneralSafety
Becomefamiliarwiththesafeoperationoftheequipment,
operatorcontrols,andsafetysigns.
Checkthatallguardsandsafetydevices,suchasdeectors
and/orgrasscatcher,areinplaceandworkingproperly .
Alwaysinspectthemachinetoensurethattheblades,
bladebolts,andcuttingassemblyarenotwornor damaged.
Inspecttheareawhereyouwillusethemachineand
removeallobjectsthatthemachinecouldthrow.
Adjustingthecuttingheightmaybringyouintocontact
withthemovingblade,causingseriousinjury.
Shutofftheengine,removetheelectric-startbutton,
andwaitforallmovingpartstostop.
Donotputyourngersunderthehousingwhen
adjustingthecuttingheight.
FuelSafety
