4.Powertooluseandcare
A.Donotforcethepowertool.Usethecorrectpowertool
foryourapplication. Thecorrectpowertoolwilldothejob
betterandsaferattherateforwhichitwasdesigned.
B. Donotusethepowertooliftheswitchdoesnotturniton
andoff.Anypowertoolthatcannotbecontrolledwiththe
switchisdangerousandmustberepaired.
C. Disconnecttheplugfromthepowersourceand/orthe
batterypackfromthepowertoolbeforemakingany
adjustments,changingaccessories,orstoringpower
tools.Suchpreventivesafetymeasuresreducetheriskof
startingthepowertoolaccidentally.
D. Storeidlepowertoolsoutofthereachofchildrenanddo
notallowpersonsunfamiliarwiththepowertoolorthese

•Wipethetrimmercleanwithadampcloth.Donothosethe
trimmerdownorsubmergeitinwater.
•Wipeorscrapecleanthecuttingheadareaanytimethereisan
accumulationofdebris.
•Checkandtightenallfasteners.Ifanypartisdamagedorlost,
repairorreplaceit.
•Brushdebrisawayfromairintakeventsonthebackoftheshaftto
preventthemotorfromoverheating.
