3.Assembletheringterminalfortheblackwireof thetow-vehicleharnesstothenegativebattery cable.
4.Assembletheringterminalfortheredwireto thepositivebatterycable.
5.Unplugloopbackconnectorsfromeachofthe harnessesandplugthetopdresserharness, controllerharness,towvehicleharnessand together.
Note:Topreventdirtorcorrosiontoharness
connectorpins,installtheloop-backconnectors intoelectricalconnectorswhenevervehicle harnessisdisconnectedfromthetopdresser harness.
6.Routetopdresserharnessalongtongueand secureittotonguewithcableties.
7.Plugcontrollerharnessconnectorinto topdresserwireharnessconnector.
8.Routetocontrollerharnesstotheoperator's positioninthetractionunitandsecurethe harnessalongframerailwithcableties.
Procedure
1.Plugtheconnectorofthetopdresserwire harnessintoelectricalconnectoronsolenoid valveofthemachine(Figure8).
Note:Wireharnesseshaveremovableconnectors
thatallowyoutopermanentlyassemblethetow vehicleharnesstothetractionunitandthetopdresser harnesstothemachine.
