ThisvehicleisdesignedtocarryonlyYou,the operatorandonepassengerintheseatprovidedby themanufacturer.NEVERcarrypassengersonthe machineandkeepeveryoneawayfromtheareasof operation.
Makesureallhydraulicttingsaretightandall hydraulichosesareingoodconditionbefore operatingthisunit.
Keephandsandfeetoutofhopperwhenunitis operatingorengineisrunningonvehicle.
Operatorandpassengershouldremainseated wheneverthevehicleisinmotion.
Lightningcancausesevereinjuryordeath.If lightningisseenorthunderisheardinthearea,do notoperatethemachine;seekshelter.

oneisbehind.Backupslowly.
Watchoutfortrafcwhennearorcrossingroads.
Alwaysyieldtherightofwaytopedestriansand othervehicles.Thisvehicleisnotdesignedfor useonstreetsorhighways.Alwayssignalyour turnsorstopearlyenoughsootherpersons knowwhatyouplantodo.Obeyalltrafcrules andregulations.
Alwayswatchoutforandavoidlowoverhangs
suchastreelimbs,doorjambs,overhead walkways,etc.Makesurethereisenoughroom overheadtoeasilyclearthevehicleandyour head.

Whenloadingwithsand,distributeloadevenly. Operatevehiclewithextracautionwhenthehopper isfullofsand.Keeploadbalancedtopreventit fromshifting.

Maintenance
Beforeservicingormakingadjustmentstothe TopDresser,stopengineofWorkman,setparking brakeandremovekeyfromenginetoprevent accidentalstartingoftheengine.
Performonlythosemaintenanceinstructions describedinthismanual.Ifmajorrepairsare everneededorassistanceisdesired,contactan AuthorizedTORODistributor.
Toreducepotentialrehazard,keeptheenginefree ofexcessivegrease,grass,leavesandaccumulations ofdirt.
Besuremachineisinsafeoperatingconditionby keepingnuts,boltsandscrewstight.
Makesureallhydrauliclineconnectorsaretight,and allhydraulichosesandlinesareingoodcondition beforeapplyingpressuretothesystem.
Keepbodyandhandsawayfrompinholeleaks inhydrauliclinesthatejecthighpressurehydraulic uid.Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulic leaks.Hydraulicuidescapingunderpressurecan penetrateskinandcauseinjury.Fluidaccidentally injectedintotheskinmustbesurgicallyremoved withinafewhoursbyadoctorfamiliarwiththis formofinjuryorgangrenemayresult.
Beforedisconnectingorperforminganyworkon thehydraulicsystem,allpressureinsystemmustbe relievedbystoppingengineandplacingtheremote hydraulicvalveintheoatdetentposition.
Iftheenginemustberunningtoperforma maintenanceadjustment,keephands,feet,clothing andotherpartsofthebodyawayfromtheengine andothermovingparts.
Toensureoptimumperformanceandsafety,always purchasegenuineTOROreplacementpartsand accessoriestokeeptheToroallTORO .NEVER USE“WILL-FIT”REPLACEMENTPARTS ANDACCESSORIESMADEBYOTHER MANUFACTURERS.LookfortheTOROlogoto assuregenuineness.Usingunapprovedreplacement partsandaccessoriescouldvoidthewarrantyofThe ToroCompany.
