Heavy-Duty Industrial, 3.4 kW (4.5 hp), OHC, 4-cycle, CARB, EPA, EU certified gasoline engine with integral lighting coil. Displacement: 126 cc (7.7 cu
in.). Cast iron cylinder sleeve. Electronic ignition. Maximum noise suppression muffler.
2.7 liters (2.85 quarts) regular grade unleaded gasoline.
Engine powered ramp-engagement style friction clutch to the first stage of a multi-ribbed poly-V belt drive. The traction drums are belt driven through a spur
gear planetary differential with integral band style service/parking brake.
No grease zerks, sealed bearing design reduces daily maintenance.
Mowing speed: 2.6-5.8 km/h (1.6-3.6 mph). Transport speed (maximum): 8.7 km/h (5.4 mph).
Dual cast aluminum 19 cm (7.5”) diameter with taper on outer 5 cm (2”).
Engine Controls: Recoil starter, choke, fuel shut-off. Handle Controls: on/off (‘ignition’) switch, hour meter, throttle, dual function traction/reel control lever,
operator presence control, ser vice/park brake lever, on/off light switch (optional blank slot in console).
Loop style, molded contour upper, 2.5 cm (1”) diameter lower tube. Two angular adjustments and lift assist kickstand with 2.0 inches of telescoping adjustment.
Quick detachable 3.00/3.25 x 6 pneumatic. Kickstand standard equipment. Loop style with service position lock, 1” (2.5 cm) diameter tube.
8-Blade Reel : 12.7 cm (5”) diameter, 8 high carbon steel blades welded to 5 steel spiders (no 8-blade, 46 cm [18”] available).
11-Blade Reel: 12.7 cm (5”) diameter, 11 high carbon steel blades welded to 5 steel spiders.
14-Blade Reel: 12.7 cm (5”) diameter, 14 high carbon steel blades welded to 5 steel spiders.
Semi-floating cutting unit separable from drive unit, pivoting around reel centerline (pitch axis) and pivoting around bedknife centerline side to side (roll axis).

Reel drive consists of three pulleys of different diameter. 6-clip adjustments per reel, based on pulley configuration.
Transmission reel clutch shaft to a telescoping drive shaft with a pair of beam style couplers. Telescoping sleeve is retractable for ease of cutting unit removal.
Cast aluminum and machined tubular steel frame.
Cutting unit detachable from traction unit. Dual screw “click” adjustments to reel. Front roller height of cut adjustment. Sealed stainless steel reel bearings.
Bedknife is high carbon through-hardened steel. EdgeMax™ Microcut Bedknife is standard on 11 & 14-blade cutting unit. EdgeMax bedknife is solid tool steel.
Molded polyethylene with integrated graphics highlighting overlap guidelines, vented for high-ef ficiency collection.
Front Roller: Optional – must be ordered. Rear Roller: Aluminum full roller 5 cm (2”) diameter with sealed bearings.
Weight TBD 118 kg (260 lbs.) with basket, without transport tires and groomer.
