theaccessholeattheleftheadlightandreleasethe
mountinglatchthatsecurestheheadlighttotheshroud
(Figure3).

Note:Holdontothewiringwhileyoureleasethelatch
sotheheadlightdoesnotfreefallfromtheshroud.

anged-headbolts(10x70mm)throughtheholes,
refertoCinFigure5

3.Remove1anged-headboltandusetheholesinthe
angeandtubeasadrillingtemplatetodrilla10mm
(13/32inch)holeintotheheadlightshroud;referto
DinFigure5.

4.Inserttheanged-headboltthroughtheholesinthe
cablechutemountingange,square-tubespacer,and
headlightshroud;refertoCinFigure5.

Note:Theboltshouldalignthecablechute,
square-tubespacer,andheadlightshroud.

5.Removetheotheranged-headboltandusetheholes
intheangeandtubeasadrillingtemplatetodrilla10
mm(13/32inch)holeintotheheadlightshroud;refer
toDinFigure5.

6.Removetheboltandsquaretubespacer.

2.AlignthecablechutetothecanopyoftheROPSframe
withthesupportbrackettotherearofthecanopy
(Figure5).

3.Aligntheholesinthesupportbracketforthecable
chutewiththeholesthatyouidentiedinstep1;refer
toBinFigure5.

4.Assemblethesupportbrackettothecanopywith2
bolts(10x25mm)and2locknuts(10mm)andtighten
theboltsandnutshandtight;refertoBinFigure5.

wiringharnessconnectortotheheadlight(Figure4).

2.Alignthelatchoftheheadlighttothecenterofthe
machine(Figure3).

3.Aligntheretainersoftheheadlighttotheoutboard
edgeoftheopeningintheheadlightshroud(Figure4).

4.Inserttheheadlightintotheshrouduntilthelatchof
theheadlightsnapssecurelytotheshroud(Figure4).
