4.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,placethethrustframeinthehorizontalposition,shutoffthe
engine,andremovethekey .

5.Verifythattheupperstraps(Figure1)areinstalled.

6.Removethelower,outerpins(Figure1)andremovethepipeboxwithahoistcapableoflifting2260kg
(5,000lb).

Note:Thelower,innerpinsmustbeinstalledwhenremovingthepipebox;otherwise,thepipewill

falloutofthebottomofthepipebox.

InstallingthePipeBox

Important:Ensuretheelevatorsarecompletelyloweredbeforeinstallingpipeboxontothethrust

frame.

1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,placethethrustframeinthehorizontalposition,shutoffthe
engine,andremovethekey .

2.Removetheupperstrapsfromthepipebox(BoxAofFigure2).

3.Verifythatthelower,innerpinsareinstalled(BoxBandCofFigure2).

4.Carefullyinstallthepipesintothepipebox(BoxDofFigure2).

5.Installtheupperstraps(BoxEandFofFigure2)intothepipebox.

6.Withahoistcapableoflifting2260kg(5,000lb),alignthepipeboxwiththefrontandrearlocatingpinson
thethrustfame(BoxGofFigure2).

7.Securethepipeboxtothemachinewiththe2lower,outerpinsand2hitchpins(BoxGofFigure2).
