2.Pulltherecoil-starthandlelightlyuntilyoufeel

resistance,thenpullitsharply,andallowitto

plug,andexaminethemachinefordamage.

CuttingGrass

•Cutonlyaboutathirdofthegrassbladeatatime.

•Torecyclethegrassandleafclippings,press

thebuttonontheleverandmovethelever

andthenremoveanygrassclippingsand
debrisfromthebag-on-demanddoorandthe
surroundingopening(Figure17)beforeyou
movethebag-on-demandleverfrom1position
toanother.

mowatthehighestcuttingheightsettingandwalk
slower;thenmowagainatalowersettingforthe
bestlawnappearance.Ifthegrassistoolong,the

•Wetgrassandleavestendtoclumpontheyard

andcancausethemachinetoplugortheengine
tostall.Avoidmowinginwetconditions.

2.Foldthehandlebyrotatingitforward(BofFigure19).
