Install the steering wheel.
Install the seat.
Attach the trailer hitch.
Assemble the grass collector.
Read before operating tractor.
Installing the Steering Wheel
1. Position the front wheels straight ahead.
2. Remove the logo cover by releasing the 3 latches from
the back side with a screwdriver.

3. Line up the center spoke toward the seat and position
the steering wheel onto the shaft spline (Fig. 1).
4. Secure the steering wheel with a lockwasher and nut
(Fig. 1).
5. Torque the steering wheel nut to 50 ft-lb. (37 N.m).
6. Snap the logo cover into place (Fig. 1).

Installing the Seat
1. Remove the plastic cover from the seat and discard it.
2. Loosen the two bolts on the tractor seat hinges.
3. Set the seat in place and secure it with the two bolts,
spring washers, and flat washers (Fig. 2).
4. Connect the safety switch to the seat (Fig. 2).
1. Line up the holes in the trailer hitch with the holes in
the tractor frame.
2. Attach the hitch with two bolts, washers, and nuts
(Fig. 3).

Assembling the Grass Collector
1. Tilt the front tube of the partially assembled collector.
Align the upper holes with the holes on the upper tube. Loosely fasten the tubes together with the upper bolts (Fig. 4).
2. Place the collector on the rear tractor supports (refer to
the Operator ’s Manual, Installing the Grass Collector) and align the collector frame with the tractor fenders. Tighten the upper bolts (Fig. 4).
3. Stretch the bag and put it over the rear handle (Fig. 4).
4. Insert the bottom tube into the bag (Fig. 4).
