NOTE: This light bar will work with or without the
LXC Roof (p/n 1436-500) and is to be used with the
12-LED Light Kit (p/n 1436-615). Both are sold separately.
Installation without LXC Roof
NOTE: Four Fast Clamps (p/n 1436-619) will need
to be ordered to install this kit without an LXC roof.
3. Remove both grommets from the left-side light
bar tube; then route the red and black wire
through the first grommet, through the light bar,
and through the other grommet. See Fig. 3.

1. Install 12-LED light on the light support bar using
two U-nuts, two M6 Cap Screws. See Fig. 1.

2. Remove the red wire from the connector relay
using a small flat head screwdriver or suitable
tool. See Fig. 2.

4. Install two fast clamps onto the front ROPS tube
and two onto the middle ROPS tube. See Fig. 4.

5. Secure the light bar to the fast clamps using 4
cap screws and 4 flat washers in the two locations shown below. Tighten securely. See Fig. 5
and 6.

6. Insert the red wire into the original connector
making sure it is fully seated.
7. Route the light harness along the top ROPS tube
to the left rear vertical tube; then route the harness inside the rear tube to the accessory plug
(see light instruction).
Installation with LXC Roof
1. Install 12-LED light on the light support bar using
two U-nuts, two M6 Cap Screws. See Fig. 7.

3. Remove both grommets from the left-side light
bar tube; then route the red and black wire
through the first grommet, through the light bar,
and through the other grommet. See Fig. 9.

4. Position the light bar on the roof; then using a 1/
4-in. drill bit, drill the four mounting locations in
the roof using the light bar to verify locations.

2. Remove the red wire from the connector relay
using a small flat head screwdriver or suitable
tool. See Fig. 8.

5. Secure the light bar to the LXC roof using 4 cap
screws, 4 flat washers, and four nuts. Tighten
securely. See Fig. 11 and 12.
