Installation Instructions
T his kit is for installing a DFS bag g er onto a
Z593–D Z Master .
Note: Before remo ving the pulley , mak e sure the g earbo x dri v e pulley does not ha v e 4 holes around
the center hole .

Procedure
1. R emo v e the mo w er belt from the g earbo x
pulley assembly ( Figure 1 ).
2. R emo v e the 2 set screws , square k ey , and
g earbo x pulley from the g earbo x.
3. Install the bag g er dri v e pulley to the new
g earbo x pulley with 3 bolts (3/8 x 1-3/4
inc hes), 3 spacers , and 3 flang e n uts (3/8 inc h)
( Figure 1 ). T his hardw are is supplied with the
bag g er .
4. Install the g earbo x pulley and bag g er dri v e
pulley to the g earbo x with 2 set screws and a
square k ey ( Figure 1 ). T he pulley center hub
needs to be flush with the end of the g earbo x
shaft.
