breaker or fuse and test that power is off before wiring.

This USB receptacle CANNOT be used if the outlet you are replacing has
the top and bottom outlets controlled by separate circuit breaker.
1. For retrofit applications, remove wall plate and mounting screws.
2. Carefully pull out the existing receptacle from the wall box.
3. Unscrew all wires from each circuit conductor on device.
4. Connect wires per Wiring Diagram shown below.
5. Insert straight wires to each appropriate terminal and tighten screws
firmly. Neutral to silver screw and Hot to brass screw.
6. Mount device into the wall box with screws provided and mount wall plate.
7. Restore power at circuit breaker.
