Firstly, release the loading magazine by unclipping the
loading magazine clip, as shown in the image below.
Secondly, pull the loading mechanism open. Thirdly,
position the staples within the channel ensuring legs or nails
are pointing down. Finally, push the magazine closed and
test on a disposable surface or on an inconspicuous area
before applying to task.
Please note: Narrow Crown and U staples should enter the
loading magazine centrally, while brad nails should be
loaded to either the right or left hand side of the loading
chamber.

Increase Decrease
Increase the driving force by turning power adjuster
clockwise. Decrease the driving force by turning power
adjuster anti-clockwise.
HOW TO ADJUST THE
DRIVING FORCE
Firstly, position the staple gun vertically. Secondly, applying
thumb and figures to the base wings, push down and apart
to release the quick jam release function. Finally, remove the
staple jam and close before reloading.

Please ensure that the staple gun is empty after use and
before storing. The TZ31PRO should be stored out of reach of
pets and children with the safety lock engaged, as shown in
the image below.
HOW TO STORE THE
TZ31PRO
The TZ31PRO comes complete with a 600 staple selection
pack containing 200 Narrow Crown Staples, 200 Cable
Staples, and 200 Brad Nails. Suitable for DIY and office
applications, such as carpeting, upholstery, roofing, low
voltage wiring, insulation, house-wrap, carpentry, hobby and
craft, and more! Replacement staples can be purchased from
any reputable hardware store or Amazon.

Round Crown Staples 10-12MM (Arrow T18, Rapid 28)
Brad Nails 10-14MM (Arrow T50 BN, ESCO 300)

Hand tool usage can be dangerous. Always wear safety
goggles and protective gloves during use. Keep out of reach
of children. Check live wires are not present during use. Do
not overreach when using staple gun. Only use the staple
sizes which are specified on the product packaging and
product description. Follow all health and safety regulations
at all times during use. Select the appropriate size and type
of tool to suit the application. Please note that the included
staples are made of a mix of metals and are not 100% steel.
Open packaging with care. Do not attempt to dismantle and
reassemble TOOLZILLA products. Replacement parts are not
available. TOOLZILLA hand tools have been designed for
professional use in standard DIY applications.
