T-Rex Planetary Polisher

Installation Instructions

Accessories included: hex wrench, Angle wrench, Open end wrench, water
hose, vacuum hose, and splash skirt.

Installation steps:

1. Lay planetary polisher base flat on table or floor.

2. Use the hex wrench to loosen the 3 screws on the locking ring completely to

allow the spindle of the polisher to fit.

3. Install the water hose to the water inlet nozzle, and tighten with the screw on
the water hose.

4. Lubricate the spindle of the polisher before installation if possible. Make sure
that there is no guard lever around the collar of the polisher.

5. While planetary polisher base is on a flat surface, insert the spindle of the

polisher into the input shaft horizontally.

Tip: When trying to thread the spindle into the input shaft install one of the back holders and
turn it clock wise. The spindle should tighten into the input shaft easily.

6. Use angle Wrench to twist input shaft counter-clockwise, until spindle is tight.

7. Press down on the self-lock button on the polisher. Turn the back holder

clockwise to check if the spindle of the polisher is tightly turned into the input
shaft.

8. Lay the machine flat and use the hex wrench to tighten the three screws on

the collar

9. Use the open-end wrench to install the other two back holders.

10. Wrap the Splash guard around the perimeter of the polisher using the Velcro

and install the Vacuum hose.

11. The machine is now ready to be used!

Polisher Dismantle Steps:

1. Remove the Splash guard and Vacuum Hose.

2. Use the Hex wrench to loosen the three screws on the collar one by one.

4. Press down the polisher’s self-lock, and use the Angle Wrench to twist

the input shaft clockwise. Until it is loose from the spindle of the polisher.

6. Clean the assembly and lubricate the input shaft threads. Store the
planetary base in a dry place.
