1. Introduction

2. Safety Instructions
In order to avoid heating please do not cover the heater during usage. When using electrical appliance basic precautions should always be followed including below. The fan heater is not suitable for in damp weather, in bathrooms or in other wet or damp environments. Please note that the fan heater can become very hot. Therefore it should be placed at a safe distance from
flammable objects such as furniture, curtains…
Do not place the fan heater immediately under a wall socket. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by manufacturer, its service agent or similar qualified
persons.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Do not connect the fan heater using an on/off timer or other equipment which can automatically switch the
device on.
The fan heater must not be placed in rooms where flammable liquids or gases are used or stored. Heater cannot be used in bathrooms, showers and near pools. Make sure the heater is always under surveillance and keep children and animals away from it. Never leave the heater unattended while it is in use. Always unplug the appliance when you do not use it. Keep the appliance away from water. Never touch the appliance with wet hands. Never use the appliance near inflammable or explosive materials or gasses.

6. Operation
The appliance starts working when one of the above positions is used. The appliance does have a thermostat. When the temperature has reached the preferred temperature the
heating element will stop automatically. When the temperature is going down the heating element will be switched on again.
WARNING: After the heating element is switched off automatically, the fan will still blowing till the appliance has cooled down. This means it will blow away the hot air and you will get a possible cold feeling in your room. To prevent this cold feeling you could turn off the appliance.
When the appliance is switched off (with supply cord in socket) the fan will keep blowing till the appliance is
cooled down.
Pull out the supply cord when you do not use the appliance.
7. Cleaning and Maintenance
Before cleaning the appliance disconnect it from the socket and let it cool down. The enclosure is easily to
get dirty. Wipe it often with a sponge. For every dirty parts wipe with a sponge dipped in water and mild detergent. Then dry the heater enclosure with clean cloth.
Be careful and do not let water enter the appliance. Do not splash water onto the heater, never use
solvents like gasoline, isoamyl, acetate toluene etc. to clean the heater, in order to protect the enclosure.
Clean the cord and plug. Pack it dry in a plastic bag and store it in a dry and ventilated place.

GEBRUIKERSHANDLEIDING
1. Inleiding
Aan alle burgers van de Europese Unie Belangrijke milieu-informatie betreffende dit product
Dit symbool op het toestel of de verpakking geeft aan dat, als het na zijn levenscyclus wordt weggeworpen, dit toestel schade kan toebrengen aan het milieu. Gooi dit toestel (en eventuele batterijen) niet bij het gewone huishoudelijke afval; het moet bij een gespecialiseerd bedrijf terechtkomen voor recyclage. U moet dit toestel naar uw dealer of naar een lokaal recyclagepunt brengen. Respecteer de plaatselijke milieuwetgeving.

2. Veiligheidsinstructies
Dek het toestel nooit af tijdens het gebruik, om oververhitting te voorkomen. Bij het gebruik van elektrische apparaten dienen de gebruikelijke en navolgende veiligheidsvoorschriften in
acht te worden genomen.
Het toestel is niet geschikt voor gebruik buitenshuis bij vochtig weer, in badkamers of andere vochtige omgevingen. Houd er rekening mee dat het toestel zeer heet kan worden. Plaats het toestel daarom op een veilige
afstand van brandbare voorwerpen zoals meubels, gordijnen, enz.
Plaats het toestel niet rechtstreeks onder een stopcontact. Indien de voedingskabel beschadigd is, dan moet deze door de fabrikant, diens servicedienst, of een
gelijkwaardig bekwaam persoon vervangen worden om gevaar te voorkomen.
Dit toestel is niet geschikt voor gebruik door personen (kinderen inbegrepen) met verminderde fysieke, zintuiglijke
of geestelijke capaciteiten of gebrek aan ervaring en kennis, tenzij zij onder toezicht staan of instructie hebben gekregen over het gebruik van het toestel van een persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor hun veiligheid.

6. Gebruik
Het toestel functioneert wanneer u het in één van de bovenstaande posities gebruikt. Het toestel is uitgerust met een thermostaat. Van zodra de ingestelde temperatuur is bereikt, schakelt de
thermostaat het verwarmingselement uit. Van zodra de temperatuur onder de ingestelde waarde daalt, schakelt de thermostaat het verwarmingselement opnieuw in.
WAARSCHUWING: De ventilator blijft draaien ook wanneer het verwarmingselement uitgeschakeld is. Dit betekent dat de warme lucht zich verspreid en u waarschijnlijk een koud gevoel krijgt. Om dit te vermijden, kunt u het toestel uitschakelen.
Wanneer het toestel uitgeschakeld is (met de stekker in het stopcontact), blijft de ventilator draaien tot het
toestel afgekoeld is.
Ontkoppel de voedingskabel wanneer u het toestel niet gebruikt.
7. Reiniging en onderhoud
Ontkoppel het toestel en laat het afkoelen voordat u het reinigt. De behuizing wordt gemakkelijk vuil. Veeg
deze regelmatig af met een spons. Voor zeer vuile delen, afnemen met een vochtige spons en een mild reinigingsmiddel. Veeg de behuizing droog met een propere doek.
Wees voorzichtig en laat geen water in het toestel binnendringen. Dompel het toestel nooit onder in water.
Gebruik nooit oplosmiddelen (benzine, isoamylacetaat, tolueen, enz.) om het toestel te reinigen.
Reinig de kabel en de stekker. Verpak in een plastic zak en bewaar in een droge en geventileerde ruimte.

Gebruik dit toestel enkel met originele accessoires. Velleman nv is niet aansprakelijk voor schade of kwetsuren bij (verkeerd) gebruik van dit toestel. 2. Consignes de sécurité
Pour éviter une surchauffe, ne pas couvrir l'appareil durant l'usage. Lorsque vous utilisez des appareils électriques, veiller toujours à respecter les consignes de sécurité
élémentaires.
L'appareil ne convient pas à un usage en extérieur par temps humide, dans des salles de bains ou d'autres
environnements humides.
Noter que l'appareil peut devenir très chaud. En conséquence, placer à une distance suffisante de tout objet
inflammable, tels que des meubles, des rideaux, ...
Ne pas placer l'appareil directement sous une prise murale. Un câble d'alimentation endommagé doit être remplacé par le fabricant, un technicien ou une autre
personne qualifiée pour éviter tout danger.
Cet appareil ne convient pas aux personnes (y compris enfants) qui possèdent des capacités physiques, sensorielles
ou mentales réduites, ou manquent d’expérience et de connaissances, sauf si elles ont reçu une supervision ou des instructions concernant l’utilisation de l’appareil de la part d’une personne responsable de leur sécurité.
Ne pas connecter l'appareil à un temporisateur ou tout autre équipement qui pourrait allumer

6. Emploi
L'appareil commence à fonctionner en utilisant une des positions ci-dessus. L'appareil est équipé d'un thermostat. Le thermostat éteindra l'élément chauffant automatiquement lorsque
la température souhaitée est atteinte. Lorsque la température est inférieure à la température sélectionnée, le thermostat rallumera l'élément de chauffe.
AVERTISSEMENT : Après que l'élément chauffant s'est éteint automatiquement, le ventilateur continue à fonctionner jusqu'au refroidissement de l'appareil. Cela signifie que l'air chaud est expulsé de la pièce et que la pièce refroidira. Pour éviter cela, éteindre l'appareil.
Lorsque l'appareil est éteint (mais branché), le ventilateur continue à fonctionner jusqu'au refroidissement
de l'appareil.
Débrancher le câble d'alimentation lorsque l'appareil n'est pas utilisé.
7. Nettoyage et entretien
Débrancher l'appareil et le laisser refroidir avant de le nettoyer. Le boîtier se salit facilement. Nettoyer le
régulièrement avec une éponge. Pour les parties sales, utiliser une éponge imbibée d'eau et de détergent doux. Sécher ensuite avec un chiffon propre.
Être prudent et ne pas laisser d'eau s'infiltrer à l'intérieur de l'appareil. Ne jamais immerger l'appareil dans
l'eau. Ne jamais utiliser de solvants (essence, l'acétate d'isopentyle, toluène, etc.) pour nettoyer l'appareil.
Nettoyer le câble et la fiche. Emballer le dans un sac en plastique et conserver dans un endroit sec et
ventilé.

2. Instrucciones de seguridad
Para evitar un sobrecalentamiento, nunca cubra el aparato durante el uso. Siga siempre las instrucciones de seguridad al utilizar un aparato eléctrico. El aparato no es apto para un uso en exteriores y evite cualquier contacto con la humedad (p.ej. cuarto de
baño).
El aparato se calienta mucho durante el uso. Nunca instale el aparato cerca de objetos inflamables (p.ej.

Nunca instale el aparato inmediatamente debajo de una toma eléctrica. Si el cable de alimentación está dañado, debe ser reemplazado por el fabricante, su servicio técnico u otra

6. Funcionamiento
El aparato empieza a funcionar al utilizar una de las posiciones mencionadas arriba. El aparato está equipado con un termostato. El termostato desactivará el elemento calentador
automáticamente en cuanto la habitación alcance la temperatura deseada. En cuanto la temperatura sea inferior a la temperatura seleccionada, el termostato volverá a activar el elemento calentador.
ADVERTENCIA: Después de que se haya desactivado el elemento calentador, el ventilador seguirá soplando hasta que el aparato se haya enfriado. Esto significa que sacará el aire caliente y que tendrá la sensación que la habitación se enfría. Para evitar esto, desactive el aparato.
Si el aparato está desactivado (pero enchufado), el ventilador seguirá soplando hasta que el aparato se
haya enfriado.
Desenchufe el aparato si no va a utilizarlo.
7. Limpieza y mantenimiento
Antes de limpiar el aparato, desenchúfelo y deje que se enfríe. La carcasa se ensucia fácilmente. Límpiela
regularmente con una esponja. Utilice una esponja con agua y detergente suave. Luego, seque la carcasa con un paño limpio.
Sea cuidadoso y no deje que agua entre en el aparato. No sumerja el aparato en un líquido. Nunca utilice
disolventes (p.ej. gasolina, alcohol, acetato, tolueno, etc.) para limpiar el aparato.
Limpie el cable de alimentación y el enchufe. Ponga el aparato en una bolsa de plástico y almacénelo en un
lugar seco y bien ventilado.

6. Anwendung
Das Gerät funktioniert wenn Sie eine der oben erwähnten Positionen verwenden. Das Gerät verfügt über ein Thermostat. Sobald die eingestellte Temperatur erreicht ist, schaltet der
Thermostat das Heizelement ab. Sobald die Temperatur unter den eingestellten Wert sinkt, schaltet der Thermostat das Heizelement wieder ein.
WARNUNG: Der Ventilator rotiert weiterhin auch wenn das Heizelement abgeschaltet ist. Dies bedeutet, dass die warme Luft sich verbreitet und Sie haben wahrscheinlich ein Gefühl von Kalte. Um dies zu vermeiden, können Sie das Gerät ausschalten.
Ist das Gerät ausgeschaltet (mit dem Stecker in der Steckdose), dann rotiert der Ventilator weiterhin bis
das Gerät abgekühlt ist.
Ziehen Sie bei Nichtbenutzung den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose.
7. Reinigung und Wartung
Warten Sie vor der Reinigung bis sich das Produkt komplett abgekühlt hat. Das Gehäuse verschmutzt
schnell. Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung einen Schwamm. Reinigen Sie das Gehäuse mit einem leicht angefeuchteten Schwamm und ein bisschen Seife. Trocknen Sie das Gehäuse mit einem sauberen Tuch.
Seien Sie vorsichtig und schützen Sie es vor Wasser. Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser ein.
Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven Reinigungsmittel (z.B. Benzin, Isoamylalkohol, usw.), um das Gerät zu reinigen.
Reinigen Sie das Netzkabel und den Stecker. Stecken Sie das Gerät in einen Plastikbeutel und lagern Sie es
an einem trockenen, gut belüfteten Ort.

1. Introdução
Aos cidadãos da União Europeia Importantes informações sobre o meio ambiente no que respeita a este produto
Este símbolo no aparelho ou na embalagem indica que, enquanto desperdícios, poderão causar danos no meio ambiente. Não coloque a unidade (ou as pilhas) no depósito de lixo municipal; deve dirigir-se a uma empresa especializada em reciclagem. Devolva o aparelho ao seu distribuidor ou ao posto de reciclagem local. 2. Instruções de segurança
A fim de evitar aquecimento excessivo não cubra o aquecedor durante o funcionamento. Ao utilizar um aparelho elétrico há precauções básicas que devem ser sempre tomadas, incluindo as abaixo
mencionadas.
O ventilador não está indicado para utilizar com tempo húmido, em casas de banho ou outros ambientes
húmidos ou molhados.
Não se esqueça que o ventilador pode aquecer bastante. Por essa razão, deve estar a uma distância de
segurança de objetos inflamáveis como mobiliário, cortinados...
Não coloque o ventilador imediatamente por baixo de uma tomada elétrica. Se o cabo de alimentação estiver danificado, terá de ser substituído pelo fabricante, por um agente
autorizado ou por um técnico qualificado.
Este aparelho não deve ser usado por pessoas (incluindo crianças) com capacidades físicas, sensoriais ou
mentais reduzidas, ou com falta de experiência ou conhecimento, a menos que sejam supervisionadas ou instruídas relativamente ao uso do aparelho por uma pessoa responsável pela sua segurança.
Não ligue o ventilador através de um temporizador para ligar/desligar ou outro equipamento que coloque o
aparelho em funcionamento automaticamente.
O ventilador não pode ser colocado em divisões nas quais sejam utilizados ou guardados líquidos ou gases
inflamáveis.
Este aparelho não pode ser usado em casas de banho, duches ou perto de piscinas. Certifique-se de que o aquecedor está sempre sob vigilância e afastado de crianças e animais. 6. Utilização
O aparelho entra em funcionamento assim que escolher uma das opções acima. O aparelho não tem termostato. Assim que for atingida a temperatura predefinida o elemento de
aquecimento pára automaticamente. Quando a temperatura descer o elemento de aquecimento é ativado novamente.
ADVERTÊNCIA: Após o elemento de aquecimento desligar automaticamente, a ventoinha continua a funcionar até o aparelho arrefecer. Isto significa que vai diminuindo o ar quente e pode ocorrer uma sensação de arrefecimento do espaço. De modo a evitar esta sensação pode desligar o aparelho.
Quando o aparelho é desligado (com o cabo de alimentação na tomada elétrica) a ventoinha continua a
funcionar até o aparelho arrefecer.
Desligue o cabo de alimentação da tomada elétrica se não tenciona usar o aparelho.
7. Limpeza e manutenção
Antes de limpar o aparelho desligue-o da corrente elétrica e deixe-o arrefecer. O exterior suja-se com
facilidade. Limpe-o regularmente com uma esponja. As peças com sujidade podem ser limpas com uma esponja embebida em água com detergente neutro. Em seguida enxugue o exterior com um pano seco.
Tenha cuidado para não entrar água para dentro do aparelho. Não salpique o aquecedor com água, nunca
utilize solventes como a gasolina, isoamilo, acetato de tolueno, etc. para limpar o aquecedor, de modo a proteger o a parte exterior.
Limpe o cabo e a ficha. Embalar num saco plástico seco e guardar num local seco e bem ventilado.

Utilize este aparelho apenas com acessórios originais. A Velleman NV não será responsável por quaisquer danos ou lesões causados pelo uso (indevido) do aparelho. All our products fulfil strict quality re quirements and legal stipulations in the EU. In order to ensure the quality, our products regularly go through an extra quality check, both by an internal quality department and by specialized external organisations. If, all precau ti o nary me as u res no tw ithstanding, problems should occur, please make appeal to our warranty (see guarantee conditions).
General Warranty Conditions Concerning Consumer Products (for EU):
• All consumer products are subject to a 24-month warranty on production flaws and defective mate rial as from the original date of purchase.
• Velleman® can decide to replace an article with an equivalent ar ticle, or to r efund the retail value totally or partially when the complaint is valid and a free repair or rep lacement of the article is impossible, or if the expense s are out of proportion. You will be d elivered a replacing article or a re fun d at the valu e of 100% of the purchase price in case of a flaw occurred in the first year after the date of purchase and delivery, or a replacing article at 50% of the purchase price or a refund at the value of 50% of the retail value in case of a flaw occurred in the second year after the date of purchase and delivery.
• Not covered by warranty:
- all direct or in direct damage c aused af ter delivery t o the article (e.g. by oxidation , shocks , falls, dust, dirt, hu midity...), and by the article, as well as its contents (e.g. data loss), compensation for loss of profits;
- consumable goods, parts or accessories that are subject to an aging process during normal use, such as batteries (rechargeable, non­rechargeable, built-in or replaceable), lamps, rubber parts, drive belts... (unl imited l ist);
- flaws resulting from f ire, water dama ge, lightning, acc ident, natural disaster, etc.…;
- flaws caused deliberately, negligently or resulting fro m improper handling, negligent maintenance, abusive use or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions;
- damage caused by a commercial, professional or collective use of th e article (the warranty v alidity will be red uced to six (6) months when the article is used profe ssionally);
- damage resulting from an inappropriate packing and shipping of the article;
- all d amage caused by modification, repair or alterat ion performed by a third party without written permission by Velleman®.
• Articles to be repaired must be delivered to your Velleman® dealer, solidly packed (preferably in the original packaging), and be completed with th e original re ceipt of purchase and a clear flaw description.
• Hint: In order to save on cost and time, please reread the manual and check if the flaw is caused by obvious causes prior to presenting the article for repair. Note that returning a non-defective article can also inv olve handling c osts.
• Repairs occurring after warranty expiration are subject to shipping costs.
• The above conditions are without prejudice to all commercia l warranties.
The above enumeration is subject to modification according to the article ( see article’s manual).

Al onze producten beantwoorden aa n strikt e kwaliteits eisen en aan de wettelij ke bepalingen geldig in de EU. Om de kwaliteit te waarborgen, ondergaan onze producten op regelmatige tijdstippen een extra kwaliteitscontrole, zowel door onze eigen kwaliteitsafdeling als door externe gespecialiseerde organ isaties. Moch t er ondanks deze voorzorgen toch een probleem optreden, dan kunt u steeds een beroep doen op onze waarborg (zie waarborgvoorwaarden).
Algemene waarborgvoorwaarden consumen tengoederen (voor Europese Unie):
• Op alle consumentengoederen geldt een garantieperiode van 24 maanden op productie- en materiaalfouten en dit vanaf de oorspronkelijke a ankoopdatum.
• Indien de klacht gegrond is en een gratis reparatie of vervanging van een artikel onmogelijk is of indien de kosten hiervoor buiten verhouding zijn, kan Velleman® beslissen het desbetreffende artikel te vervangen door een gelijkwaardig artikel of de aankoopsom van het artikel gedeeltelijk of volledig terug te betalen. In dat geval krijgt u een vervangend product of terugbetaling ter waarde van 100% van de aankoopsom bij ontdekking van een gebrek tot één jaar na aankoop en levering, of een vervangend product tegen 50% van de kostprijs of terugbetaling van 50 % bij ontdekking na één jaar tot 2 jaar.
• Valt niet onder waarborg:
- alle rechtstreekse of onrechtstreekse schade na de levering veroorzaakt aan het toestel (bv. door oxidatie, schokken, val, stof, vuil, vocht...), en door het toestel, alsook zijn inhoud (bv. verlies van data), vergoeding voor eventuele winstderving.
- verbruiksgoederen, onderdelen of hulpstukken die onderhevig zijn aan veroudering door normaal gebruik zoals bv . batterije n (zowel oplaadbare als niet-oplaadbare, ingebouwd of vervangbaar), lampen, rubberen onderdelen, aandrijfriemen... (onbeperkte lijst).
- defecten ten gevolge van brand, waterschade, bliksem, ongevallen, natuurrampen, enz.
- defecten veroorzaakt door op zet, nalatigheid of door een onoordeelkundige behandeling, slecht onderhoud of abnormaal
gebruik of gebruik van het toestel strijdig met de voorschriften van de fabrikant.
- schade ten gevolge van een commercieel, professioneel of collectief gebruik van het apparaat (bij professioneel gebruik wordt de garantieperiode herleid tot 6 maand).
- schade veroorzaakt door onvoldoende bescherming bij transport van het appa ra at.
- alle schade door wijzigingen, repara ties of modificaties uitgevoerd door derden zonder toestemming van Velleman®.
• Toestellen dienen ter reparatie aangeboden te worden bij uw Velleman®-verdeler. Het toestel dient vergezeld te zijn van het oorspronkelijke aankoopbewijs. Zorg voor een degelijke verpakking (bij voorkeur de originele verpakking) en voeg een duidelijke foutomschrijving bij.
• Tip: alvorens het toestel voor reparatie aan te bieden, kijk nog eens na of er geen voor de hand liggende reden is waarom het toestel niet naar behoren werkt (zie handleiding). Op deze wijze kunt u kosten en tijd besparen. Denk eraan dat er ook voor niet-defecte toestellen een kost voor controle aangerekend kan worden.
• Bij reparaties buiten de waarborgperiode zullen transportkosten aangerekend worden.
• Elke c omm erciële garantie laat de ze rechten onverminder d.
Bovenstaande opsomm ing kan eventueel aangepast worden naargelang de aard van het product (zie handleiding van het betreffende pro du ct) .

- tou t do mmag e direc t ou indirect survenu à l’article après livr aiso n (p.ex. dommage lié à l’oxydation, choc, chute, poussière, sable, impureté…) et provoqué par l’appareil, ainsi que son contenu (p.ex. perte de données) et une indemnisation éventuelle pour perte de revenus ;
- toute pièce ou accessoire nécessitant un remplacement causé par un usage normal comme p.ex. piles (rechargeables comme non rechargeables, intégrées ou remplaçables), ampoules, pièces en caoutchouc, courroies… (liste illimitée) ;
- tout dommage qui résulte d’un incendie, de la foudre, d’un accident, d’une catastrophe naturelle, etc. ;
- out dommage provoqué pa r une négligence, volontaire ou non, une utilisation ou un entretien incorrect, ou une utilisation de l’appareil contraire aux prescriptions du fabricant ;
- tout dommage à cause d’une utilisation commerciale, professionnelle o u collectiv e de l’a ppareil (la pé riode de garantie sera réduite à 6 mois lors d’une utilisation professionnelle) ;
- tou t do mmag e à l’app are il qui résulte d’une utilisation in cor recte ou différente que celle pour laquelle il a été initialement prévu comme décrit dans la notice ;
- tout dommage engendré par un retour de l’appareil emballé dans un conditionnement non ou insuffisamment protégé.
- toute réparation ou modification effectuée par une tierce personne sans l’autorisation explicit e de SA Velleman® ; - frais de transport de et vers Velleman ® si l’ appareil n’est plus couv e rt sous la ga rantie.
• to ute réparation sera fournie pa r l’endroit de l’achat. L’appareil doit nécessairement être accompagné du bon d’achat d’origine et être dûment conditionné (de préférence dans l’emballage d’origine avec mention du défaut) ;
• tuyau : il est c onseillé de consulter la notice et de con trôler câbles, piles, etc. avant de retourner l’appareil. Un appareil retourné jugé défectueux qui s’avère en bon état de marche pourra faire l’objet d’une note de frais à charge du consommateur ;
• une réparation effectuée en-dehors de la période de garantie fera l’objet de frais de transport ;
• toute garantie commerciale ne porte pas atteinte aux conditions susmentionnées.
La liste susm entionnée peut être sujette à une complémentation selon le type de l’article et être mentionnée dans la notice d’emploi.

Condiciones generales referentes a la garantía sobre productos de venta al público (para la Unión Europea):
• Todos los productos de venta al público tienen un período de garantía de 24 meses contra errores de producción o errores en mater iales desde la adquisición original;

En este caso, usted recibirá un artículo de recambio o el reembolso completo del precio de compra si encuentra algún fallo hasta un año después de la compra y en tre g a, o un artículo d e recambio al 50 % del precio de compra o el reembolso del 50% del precio de compra si encuentra un fallo después de 1 año y hasta los 2 años después de la compra y entrega.
Por consiguiente, están excluidos entre otras cosas:
- todos los daños causados directa o indirectamente al aparato (p.ej. por oxida ción, choques, caída,...) y a su contenido (p.ej. pérdida de datos) después de la entrega y causados por el aparato, y cualquier indemnización por posible pérdida de ganancias;
- partes o accesorios, que estén expuestos al desgaste causado por un uso normal, como por ejemplo baterías (tanto recargables como no recargables, incorporadas o reemplazables), bombillas, partes de goma, etc. (lista ilimitada);
- defectos causados por un incendio, daños causados por el agua, rayos, accidentes, catástrofes naturales, etc.;
- defectos causados a conciencia, descuido o por malos tratos, un mantenimiento inapropiado o un uso anormal del a parato contrario a las instrucciones del fabricante;
- daños causados por un uso comercial, profesional o colectivo del aparato (el período de garantía se reducirá a 6 meses con uso profesional);
- daños causados por un uso incorrecto o un uso ajeno al que está previsto el producto inicialm ente como está descrito en el manual del usuario;
- daños causados por una protección insuficiente al transportar el aparato.
- daños causados por reparaciones o modificaciones efectuadas por un a tercera persona sin la autoriz ació n explíc ita de Velleman®;
- se calcula gastos de transporte de y a Velleman® si el aparato ya no está cubierto por la garantía.
• Cualquie r artículo que tenga que ser reparado tendrá que ser devuelto a su distribuidor Velleman®. Devuelva el aparato con la factura de compra o riginal y transpórtelo en u n embalaje sólid o (preferentemente el embalaje original). Incluya también una buena descripción del fallo;
• Consejo: Lea el manua l del usuario y contr ole los cables, las pilas, etc. antes de devolver el aparato. Si no se encuentra un defecto en el artículo los gastos podrían correr a cargo del cliente;
• Los gastos de transporte correrán a carga del cliente para una reparación efectuada fuera del período de garantía.
• Cualquier gesto comercial no disminuye estos derechos.
La lista previamente mencionada puede ser adaptada según el tipo de artículo (véase el manual del usuario del artículo en cuestión).

• Alle Produkte haben für Material- oder Herstellungsfehler eine Garantieperiode von 24 Monaten ab Verkaufsdatum.
• Wenn die Klage berechtigt ist und falls eine kostenlose Reparatur oder ein Austausch des Gerätes unmöglich ist, oder wenn die Kosten dafür unverhältnismäßig sind, kann Velleman® sich darüber entscheiden, dieses Produkt durch ein gleiches Produkt zu ersetzen oder die Kaufsumme ganz oder teilweise zurückzuzahlen. In diesem Fall erhalten Sie ein Ersatzprodukt oder eine Rückzahlung im Werte von 100% der Kaufsumme im Falle eines Defektes bis zu 1 Jahr nach Kauf oder Lieferung, oder Sie bekommen ein Ersatzprodukt im Werte von 50% der Kaufsumme oder eine Rückzahlung im Werte von 50 % im Falle eines Defektes im zweiten Jahr.

- alle direkten oder indirekten Schäden, die nach Lieferu ng am Gerät und durch das Gerät verursacht werden (z.B. Oxidation, Stöße, Fall, Staub, Schmutz, Feuchtigk eit, ...), sowie auch der Inha lt (z.B. Datenverlust), Entschädigung für eventuellen Gewinnausfall.
- Verbrauchsgüter, Teile oder Zubehörteile, die durch normalen Gebrauch dem Verschleiß ausgesetzt sind, wie z.B. Batterien (nicht nur aufladbare, sondern auch nicht aufladbare, eingebaute oder ersetzbare), Lampen, Gummiteile, Treibriemen, usw. (unbeschränkte Liste).
- Schäden verursacht durch Brandschaden, Wasserschaden, Blitz, Unfälle, Naturkatastrophen, usw.
- Schäden verursacht durch absichtliche, nachlässige oder unsachgemäße Anwendung, schlechte Wartung, zweckentfremdete Anwendung oder Nichtbeachtung von Benutzerhinweisen in der Bedienungsanleitung.
- Schäden infolge einer kommerziellen, professionellen oder kollektiven Anwendung des Gerätes (bei gewerblicher Anwendung wird die Gara ntiepe riode auf 6 Monate zurückgeführt).
- Schäden verursacht durch eine unsachgemäße Verpackung und unsachgemäßen Transpo rt des Ge rätes.
- alle Schäden verursacht durch unautorisierte Änderungen, Reparaturen oder Modifikationen, die von einem Dritten ohne Erlaubnis von Velleman® vorgenommen werden.
• Im Fall einer Reparatur, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Velleman®­Verteiler. Legen Sie das Produkt ordnungsgemäß verpackt (vorzugsweise die Originalverp ackung) und mit dem O riginal­Kaufbeleg vor. Fügen Sie eine deutliche Fehlerbeschreibung hinzu.
• Hinweis: Um Kosten und Zeit zu sparen, lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung nochmals und überprüfen Sie, ob es keinen auf de Hand liegenden Grund gibt, ehe Sie das Gerät zur Reparatur zurückschicken. Stellt sich bei der Überprüfung des Gerätes heraus, dass kein Geräteschaden vorliegt, könnte dem Kunden eine Untersuchungspauschale berechnet.
• Für Reparaturen nach Abla uf der Garantiefrist werden Transportkosten berechnet.
• Jede kommerzielle Garantie lässt diese Rechte unberührt.
Die oben stehende Aufzählung kann eventuell angepasst werden gemäß der Art des Produktes (sieh e Bedienungsanleitung des Gerätes).

No caso improvável de um defeito mesmo com as nossas precauções, é possível invocar a nossa garantia. (ver as condições de garantia).
Condições gerais com respeito a garantia sobre os produtos grande público (para a UE):
• qualquer produto grande público é garantido 24 mês contra qualquer vício de produção ou materiais a partir da data de aquisição efectiva;
• no caso da reclamação ser justificada e que a reparação ou substituição de um ar tigo é impossível, ou quando os custo são despr oporcionados, Velleman® autoriza-se a substituir o dito artigo por um artigo equivalente ou a devolver a totalidade ou parte do preço de compra. Em out ro caso, será consentido um ar tigo de substituição ou devolução completa do preço de compra no caso de um defe it o no prazo de 1 ano de pois da data d e compra e entrega, ou um artigo de substituição pagando o valor de 50% do preço de compra ou devolução de 50% do preço de compra para defeitos depois de 1 a 2 anos.
• estão por consequência excluídos:
- todos os danos directos ou indirectos depois da entrega do artigo (p.ex. danos ligados a oxidação, choques, quedas, poeiras, areias, impurezas…) e prov ocado pelo aparelho, como o seu conteúdo (p.ex. perca de dados) e uma indemnização eventual por perca de receitas;
- consumíveis, peças ou acessórios sujeitos a desgaste causado por um uso normal, como p.ex. pilhas (recarregáveis, não recarregáveis, incorporadas ou substituíveis), lâmpadas, peças em borracha corre ias… (lista ilimitada);
- todos os danos que resultem de um incêndio, raios, de um acidente, de una catastrophe natural, etc.;
- danos provocados por negligencia, voluntária ou não, uma utilização ou manutenção incorrecta, ou uma utilização do aparelho contrária as prescrições do fabricante;
- todos os danos por causa de uma utilização comercial, profissional ou colectiva do aparelho ( o período de garantia será reduzido a 6 meses para uma utilização profissional);
- todos os danos no aparelh o resultando de uma utilização incorrecta ou diferen te daquela inicialmente prevista e descr ita no man ual de utilização;
- todos os danos depois de uma devolução não embalada ou mal prote gida ao nível do acondicionam ento.
- todas as reparações ou modificações efectuadas por terceiros sem a autorização de SA Velleman®;
- despesas de transporte de e para Velleman® se o aparelho não estiver coberto pela garantia.
• qualquer reparação será fornecida pelo local de compra. O aparelho será obrigatoriamente acompanhado do talão ou factura de origem e bem acondicionado (de preferência dentro da embalagem de origem com indicação do defeito ou avaria);
• dica: aconselha-mos a consulta do manual e controlar ca bos, pilhas, etc. antes de devolver o aparelho. Um aparelho devolvido que estiver em bom estado será cobrado despesas a cargo do consumidor;
• uma reparação efectuada fora da garantia, será cobrado despesas de transporte;
• qualquer garantia comercial não prevalece as condições aqui mencionadas.
A lista pode ser sujeita a um complemento conforme o tipo de artigo e estar mencionada no manual de utilização.
