POWER SWITCHES

There are two slide switches that turn your vehicle ON and OFF.

Your CHUCK MY TALKING TRUCKTM vehicle is packaged in “TRY ME” mode. To activate the full range of play features:

Move (A) to the ON position to play.

Move (B) to the

ON position for Sound Activation.

SOUND ACTIVATION

Turn ON the sound activation

switch (B) . When you call

PLAY FEATURES

Your CHUCK MY TALKING TRUCKTM vehicle has 4 sensors.

When a sensor is activated, he makes a sound, says a phrase,

wiggles his dump bed and moves his front bumper.

Lift up dump bed all the way.

Press cab lights.

If your vehicle bumps into something while in Sound Activation mode, he will stop moving and make a noise.

If you stop playing with your vehicle for 20 seconds, he will say “bye” and turn off. Activate any of his sensors to turn him back on.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If your CHUCK MY TALKING TRUCKTM vehicle does not

respond, move power switches to OFF, then ON.

Or, replace the batteries.

IMPORTANT: BATTERY INFORMATION

TO REPLACE BATTERIES

Use a Phillips/cross head screwdriver (not included) to loosen

screws in battery compartment cover (screws remain attached to

cover). Remove cover. Remove and discard old batteries.

Replace with 3 x 1.5V “C” or LR14 size alkaline batteries.

Replace cover and tighten screws.

CAUTION:

1. Always follow the instructions carefully. Use only batteries specified and be sure to insert them correctly by matching the + and – polarity markings.

2. Do not mix old batteries and new batteries, or standard (carbon-zinc) with alkaline batteries.

3. Remove exhausted or dead batteries from the product.

4. Remove batteries if product is not to be played with for a long time.

5. Do not short-circuit the supply terminals.

6. Should this product cause, or be affected by, local electrical interference, move it away from other electrical equipment. Reset (switching off and back on again or removing and re-inserting batteries) if necessary.

7. RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES: Do not mix these with any other types of batteries. Always remove from the product before recharging. Recharge batteries under adult supervision. DO NOT RECHARGE OTHER TYPES OF BATTERIES.
