Fiber Optic Test & Cleaning Kit

FOTCK is a tool kit specifically designed for the testing of installed fiber.

The FOTCK has been assembled to pro­vide the technician responsible for the
installation of the fiber optic transmitters
and receivers in the system. The kit con­tains an optical power source and optical
power meter to test the installed cable
and connectors optical loss. A viewable
light source is included to find damaged
fiber and jumpers. A microscope is
included to inspect connectors as is
cleaning materials to clean dirty connec­tors, pigtails, jumpers and coupler fittings.

By testing and cleaning the installed fiber
cable, you can be sure to have the proper
signal levels and eliminate problems and
damaged equipment.
