Overview
The B748AV and B7748AV series high performance
broadcast-grade fiber transmission system supports
two way composite video and two-way 2-channel
line-level audio and relay/contact closure. The alldigital processing platform features 24-bit dual channel audio processing.
Digital Video and Audio Processing
Digital processing of the video component along
with a video SNR >60 dB assures clean, noise-free
video at the receiver. Digital processing of the audio
signal along with an audio SNR >90 dB allows the
audio outputs to drive balanced or unbalanced loads
and maintain constant audio levels.
Built-in Diagnostics
The links employ an extensive set of built-in diagnostic tools including video and audio test generators and LED displays. The video test pattern generator allows failures to be diagnosed from the monitor while the LEDs monitor video and audio status
and optical signal strength.
