■本品は自動車競技という特殊用途に用いるため、取り付けは特別の訓練を受けた整備士 （2）　バッテリーマイナス端子を取り外す。
　 が、設備の整った作業場で実施してください。 （3）　レギュレーターのバキュームホースを外し、レギュレーターを取り外す。

■取り付けの際は、適切な工具と保護具を使用しないと、けがにつながり危険です。 BNR32・34/BCNR33 RB26DETT EC5W 6A13

■ガソリンの漏れ、にじみは運転前に必ず点検してください。ガソリンが漏れると火災の恐れ R33/R34 RB25DET CP9A/CT9A 4G63
　があり危険です。 （1）　使用する燃料配管に合わせて、付属品のフィッティングやホースニップルより選択し、 (R)PS13/S14/S15 SR20DET Z16A 6G72

■本品はエンジンの仕様に応じたインジェクター、ＥＣＵ等とあわせて使用してください。 　　　 レギュレーターに取り付ける。 Z32 VG30DETT No.4 品番　185109

本品の取り付けに際しては燃料系統の脱着をともない、ガソリンが流出する。 （4）　燃料配管を取り付ける。 GDB/GDA EJ205/EJ207
下記事項を確実に守ること。守らないと、爆発や、火災の恐れがあり危険。 BC5/BF5 EJ20G

■作業場所を指定し、作業場所以外では作業をしない。 BE5/BH5 EJ206/EJ208 EF3/EF9

②周囲に火気（溶接機、グラインダー、電動モーター、ストーブなど）のない場所。 EJ255 EK9
③気化した燃料が充満する恐れがあるピットなどから離れた場所。 ●燃圧は必ず基準値に合わせてください。 EG2/EF8

■ 火気使用、火花発生作業は行わない。 燃料噴射はインテークマニホールドに行われるため、燃圧が一定では負圧によって EP82/EP91 4E/FET DC2
①電気機器の使用禁止。 燃料噴射量に差が出ます。（負圧高→燃料噴射増　負圧低→燃料噴射少）そこで JZS147 2JZ-GTE DC5 K20A

・燃料抜き取りは、電動ポンプおよびポリ容器を使用しないこと。
・溶接機、グラインダー及びドリルなどを使用しないこと。 組付時の燃圧調整を上記の基準で実施すれば、走行時は過給圧に応じて ＡＥ86 4A-GE NA2

②火花発生作業の禁止。 レギュレーターが適正値に調整します。 SXE10 3S-GE No.5 品番　185110

・火花発生の恐れがある作業（ハンマーの使用など）はしないこと。 No.2 品番　185107

■静電気の防止および安全への配慮を行う。
①消火器を準備する。
②静電気を防止する。

・フューエルチェンジャー、車両、フューエルタンク間にアース線を接続する。

③燃料が付着したウエスを分別処理する。

■タンク内のガソリン残量が空に近い状態で作業すること。 JZX100 1JZ-GTE

■ホースを抜くと配管の中に残ったガソリンが流れ出る。ウエスなどを使って、広がらない JZX110 1JZ-GTE

　 ようにする。 ●レギュレーターのPTプラグを取り外し、燃圧計を取り付ける。 ST205 3S-GE

本体 (1)

・エンジン整備工具一式 ・燃圧計 ・シールテープ

（1）　燃料配管内のガソリンを除去する。

（2）　燃圧計を取り付ける場合はPTプラグを取り外し、センサーのPT部にシールテープ
　　を巻き、取り付ける。 GC8/GF8 EJ20G/EJ20K
（3）　レギュレーターを付属のブラケットを用いて取り付ける。 EJ205/EJ207

レギュレーターがインテークマニホールド圧力に感応し、燃圧を適正値（燃圧が JZA80 2JZ-GTE AP1 F20C

●ロックナットを緩め、調整ボルトを回して燃圧を合わせた後、ロックナットを締める。 SW20 3S-GE

●燃料漏れの確認を行う。
設定燃圧（最大圧力）の時に漏れがないことを確認してください。

●燃圧計を取り外し、シールテープ介してPTプラグを取り付けてください。

■ This product is for off road competition purpose only. This product is to be fitted by a (2) Disconnect the car battery's negative terminal.

* Do not use any lamps near the fuel and car. fuel pressure should be high) The Fuel Pressure Regulator responds to the intake
* Do not extract fuel with an electric pump. manifold pressure (the average Fuel Pressure is usually set around 3.0kg/cm2). AE86 4A-GE NA1 C30A
* Do not use any welding, grinder or drilling equipment etc. When the Fuel Pressure Regulator is set correctly it should adjust the pressure to suit SXE10 3S-GE NA2 C32B
