Congratulations!
You are now the owner of a Dynair® Twist set, a product “made in Germany”.

This sports tool was produced in compliance with valid EU norms. It is free of
forbidden phthalates and heavy metals.

The new Dynair Twist is available as a set of 2 and makes stabilization core training become more
challenging and versatile. The convex lower surface effects a balance work of the muscles around the
joints. You can conduct targeted rotating movements and extend therefore the range of exercises
Ideal for shoulder and lower limb training and therapy. These tools can also be used in all body and
standing positions as dynamic surface. Individually adjustable by needle air valve.

Warning

 Avoid storage in direct sunlight or near heat sources, because otherwise the Dynair Twist might

deform

 Avoid contact with sharp and pointed objects (e.g. broken glass, pointed rocks in shoe soles)

because they can damage the Dynair Twist. Do not throw the product!

 Use sport shoes, regular shoes or be barefoot while training on the Dynair Twist.
 Prior to any use, the Dynair Twist should be checked for damage because otherwise a safe

handling is not guaranteed

 The Dynair Twist has to rest on a horizontal, stable and dry ground, to make sure, that the

Beam cannot slide away during the exercises.

The Dynair Twist is made of high-grade Ruton with a needle valve and a black plate.
Size: Approx. 20 cm Ø

Temperature resistance:

The Dynair Twist is resistant against ultraviolet rays and heat. It can be used in temperatures up to
45°C. Please do not store it permanently exposed to direct sunlight (e.g. near a window). The material
becomes softer with increasing heat, therefore accelerating the building up of the saddle effect.
This tool also resists below freezing temperatures, however it should not be stored in temperatures
below -10°C permanently.

Care:

Use any mild standard detergents and disinfectants. Dissolvers as well as acidic or corrosive cleansers
can harm the material. The Dynair Twist is waterproof.

How to inflate:

The Dynair Twist comes with the right air charge at delivery.
If the need arises you can still regulate the air charge with a needle pump (e.g. the TOGU pump or any
other regular Soccer Ball pump).
Please pull up the valve between thumb and index finger, in order to avoid puncturing the lower part of
the Dynair Twist with the needle.
