You should full y charge your Mi cro Voice Amp befo re using it for the first
time. The b attery takes 6 hours to cha rge and will l ast for about a week if
used for 8 hours per day.

Connect t he charger to t he port on the side of the Micro Voice Amp and
check that the charging L ED flashes gre en to show it is working co rrectly.

Charging LED guide

Green – B attery is cha rged.

Green fla shing – Batter y is charging .

Orange fl ashing – Batter y is low.

Red flash ing – You have a shor t time before your battery will run out .

Operati ng your Micro Voice Amp

Before use, decide how you are going to w ear your Micro Voice Amp. You can attach i t to your waist

using the belt clip or w aist strap.

Plug the m icrophone into the port.

If yo u have the Lapel Clip Microphon e - attach it t o your clothing close to your mo uth.

If you have the AVI Heads et Microphone - fit it aroun d the back of your head with the loop s over
your ears and move the mic rophone close t o your mouth.
If you have the Transder mal Microphone - make sure it is fitted flat ly against the skin at the to p
half of your neck (above the c ollar line).

To switch on the Micro Voice Amp, pres s the Control Button once an d start spe aking
into the microphone.

Volume

The volume c an be controll ed using the Volu me Dial. Rotatin g the dial cloc kwise will
take the vol ume higher and anticlockwise w ill take the volu me lower.

Mute (St andby)

If you would like to have a private co nversation you ca n put Your Micro Voice A mp on standby. To do
this pres s the Control Button once. Th e LED indicato r flashes oran ge to indicate that you are in
Mute. To retur n to normal operation pre ss the Control Button once.

Off

To switch off your Micro Voice Amp press and hold the C ontrol
Button fo r three second s or until the LED indicator goes red.

Transdermal Microphone - If you have a small neck, tuck a small pi ece of fabric behind the
back of the neckpi ece to improve the fit. It shoul d not feel so t ight that it i s uncomforta ble.
